At Letsema Consulting and Advisory, we look for something beyond
intellect. We seek out a combination of curiosity, competence, and
diversity. Not being satisfied with the obvious answers and
approaches is critical in developing our consultants' way of thinking
and in their development as professionals.
Our 18-month graduate program is designed to master basic
consulting readiness, together with focused skills development,
project exposure and an opportunity to work with our high performing
