Subject: Request for Change of Class Slot

Dear Dean Academics,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Aditi Verma, a first-semester student at VIT Bhopal
University, currently enrolled in the morning slot. After attending classes for the past fifteen days, I have
realized that the morning schedule is not conducive to my learning and well-being.

Due to personal reasons, I am finding it challenging to consistently attend and engage in early morning
classes. I believe that a change to a different slot would significantly enhance my ability to focus and
participate actively in the academic activities.
