Vision Demo - Pick by Document: Paper Based

Pick
1. Create 2 Sales Orders – 69351 and 69352
2. Pick Release 2 Sales Orders. Delivery Lines are Released to Warehouse and Pending tasks are created.
3. Navigate to Paper Based Pick Page

Tasks > Directed Tasks > Pick by Document > Paper Based Pick Page

4. Select the Tasks by Transaction Number.

4.1 Enter/Scan Transaction Number 26221140 from Warehouse Control Board into Pick ID text field.
 Last Pick ID = 26221140
Last entered Transaction Number

 Tasks = 1

 Pick ID Count = 1
Number of pick IDs scanned

 Task Count = 3
Total Number of tasks

 Observe Remove Button is enabled after


entering an order number

4.2 Enter/Scan Order Number: 26221142 and 26221144

4.3 Click on Remove to remove last scanned pick ID. 26221144 is removed.
4.4 Enter 26221144 and click on Done.

5. All eligible tasks are dispatched and the presented task is Active
6. Load the tasks one by one.
Skip the task which you do not want to load. Skipped tasks goes to Pending status.
7. Drop the loaded tasks to complete.

7.1 Tasks > Directed Tasks > Directed Move > Drop Loaded LPNs

7.2 Enter the LPNs into which the quantities are loaded

7.3 Click on Drop. Enter Subinventory and Locator to drop. Click on Done.

7.4 All the tasks except the skipped task are complete
