 Career development opportunities
 Wellness and work-life balance programs
 Gamification in the workplace
4. Groups must gather real-world examples of companies using these strategies and the
outcomes achieved.
5. Prepare a short presentation (5-7 minutes) summarizing:
 The organization and its industry.
 The motivational techniques being used.
 The impact these techniques have on employee engagement, performance, and
satisfaction.
 Highlight any unique or innovative approaches that differ from standard
motivational practices.
