4. Groups must gather real-world examples of companies using these strategies and the
outcomes achieved.
5. Prepare a short presentation (5-7 minutes) summarizing:
The organization and its industry.
The motivational techniques being used.
The impact these techniques have on employee engagement, performance, and
satisfaction.
Highlight any unique or innovative approaches that differ from standard
motivational practices.
