1. Innovation in diversification of events
Objective: To provide a wide range of cultural events that will capture diverse interests and
talents.
Strategy:
Novel activities involve the holding of talent shows, art exhibitions, cultural fests, and theme-
based workshops.
• Team up with various student clubs and external organizations to introduce unique
experiences and diversify the event format.
• Inter-departmental competitions and collaborations should be held to boost participation by
students.
2. Collaboration with Student Bodies and Departments
Objective: Maximize sharing of resources, expand the scope and delivery of cultural events
Strategy:
• Student clubs, academic departments, and other external cultural institutions are to be
associated with hosting common events.
• Engage the faculty and alumni through workshops, talks, or panel discussions on arts
and culture.
• A system of communication that allows students from other departments to contribute
ideas and be an integral part of planning.
3. More promotion and participation through new media
Objective: The aim is to raise awareness and participation in cultural events.
Strategy:
• To start campaigns focused on various social media sites, including that are happening.
• Create engaging content like sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes, and interviews with the
artists and performers.
• Use digital tools such as a newsletter and an event app to keep stakeholders informed
and feed-back-seeking participants engaged.
4. Student Involvement and Leadership Opportunities
Objective: This will promote active participation in empowering students to have good leadership
skills.
Strategy:
• Organize a volunteer team for each event, thus allowing the students to become leaders.
• Organize brainstorming sessions to invite the students to propose cultural events and
activities.
• Identify and reward excellent participation by students in events so that they are
motivated further to participate.
5 . Sustainable Development and Heritage Protection
Objective: To bring sustainability to cultural events while maintaining them in their tradition.
Strategy:
• Environmental-friendly practices like using sustainable materials, minimal waste, and digital
tickets for events.
• Incorporate traditional arts and traditions with the event format and pass them to the successive
generations.
• Engage the students in cultural preservation activities such as folk dance workshops, classical
music, and heritage walks.
6. Cultural Events : Accessible to All
Objective: It makes a student-friendly environment. Here, all the students of a class feel
welcome.
Strategy:
• Ensured that events were accessible to the student with disabilities with necessary
facilities provided to the student and making it adaptive.
• Hosting of cultural events celebrating diversity including International Festivals in order
to bring about a multicultural society.
• Conduct polls and consult with students to come up with ways of including students in
the events.
7. Building a Strong Cultural Team
Objective: To create an efficient, motivated, and well-organized cultural team.
Strategy:
• Extremely open, collaborative working condition, where people are valued and empowered.
• Have an open-door policy and encourage members to air their opinions, concerns, and ideas to
help make a decision.
• Training these culture groups through improvement time upon event management, leadership
skill, and creativity in regard to work.
8. Continuous feedback and continuous improvement
Objective:
Culture programs: Should have improvement without end; quality always tries to reach
expectations among students.
Strategy:
• The students’ opinions of the cultural activities and events are derived through surveys and
after-event reviews.
• Assess the success of an event based on participation, feedback, and impact and make changes.
• Culture of continuous improvement can be fostered by encouraging innovative ideas and being
in tune with students’ changing interests.
