As a Business Process Lead at Accenture Portugal since June
2022, he works closely with the Market and Service Delivery Leads
in managing operational tasks within a market of more than 100
analysts on a 24/7 contract. I lead a team of 4 Operational Leaders
and more than 20 Team Leaders, ensuring that market performance
is delivered and met according to SLAs and customer expectations.
I conduct Weekly Business Reviews, capacity planning, shrink
forecasting, market huddles and international recruitment interviews.
We also foster team engagement and career development by
conducting feedback, coaching and mentoring sessions. Additionally,
utilize my Contact Management, Business Case Preparation and
Financial Analysis skills to support decision making, problem solving
and continuous process improvement.
In my role, I'm leading diverse projects within the Digital Solutions
Integration (DSI) sphere, focusing on platforms such as Salesforce,
Sage, and Primavera. My responsibilities encompass overseeing
the end-to-end implementation process, driving developments, and
ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is connecting with
various stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration,
and aligning objectives to achieve project success. By prioritizing

In addition to my project management duties, I'm also heavily
involved in the development of Power BI dashboards tailored to the
needs of our director board. These dashboards provide actionable
