If the transport facility is opted for by the students, the fees for the entire year is to be paid .All modes of fee
payment will be accepted in the banks. Please do not drop Cheques in the drop box in the bank / ATM kiosk.
Cheque of fee amount can also be submitted at the school office. Debit & Credit card swipe machine facility
is also available at the school office without additional charges. A penalty of Rs. 500/- will be levied if a
Cheque is dishonored due to any reason. The fee payment schedule is given below:

After the last date of payment for each quarter, a late fee will be applicable. From 16th – 30th of the month, a
fine of Rs. 20/- per day will be charged. Thereafter, a late fee of Rs. 50/- per day will be applicable for the
next fifteen days, from 1st to 15th.After 15th transport facility will be withdrawn.
Note: - Fees once paid shall not be refundable in any case whatsoever.
In case of withdrawal, parents are required to fill in a withdrawal form in the prescribed format available at
the school reception. Notice period for withdrawal is one month. Any withdrawal applied for should be
before the 15th of the month else consecutive month fee will also be charged. In case of withdrawal in the
month of May, fee for the month of June will also have to be paid.
Fee can also be deposited online on our website or through ERP mobile app.

Meritorious students obtaining 90% and above in the admission assessment test (class V-XII) are eligible for
25% waiver on the admission fee. (First 50 to complete the admission procedure).
Students who have won 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in the district, state or national levels in any sport or
curricular activities (non-academic) are eligible for 25% waiver on the admission fee. (First 50 to complete
the admission procedure).
For real siblings, 50% admission fee will be waived of on the second child.
For children currently studying in an authorised Delhi Public School, 25% admission fee will be waived off.
