This MOU is entered into on 16/06/2021 by and between PARK College of Engineering and
Technology, situated in Coimbatore 641659 and KGiSL Institute of TechnologyCoimbatore -641035.
OBJECTIVES OF THE MOU
The aim of MoU is to stimulate and facilitate PARK College of Engineering and Technologyto guide
itself in Outcome Based Education and thereby guide for the process of quality of education.
Objectives are:

DURATION
This memorandum of understanding shall remain effective from the date of execution unit the end of
the term of three years (2021-2022 to 2023-2024). However, same also may be amended, terminated
or extended by agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
© The activities like FDP, workshop. seminar, shall be conducted at PARK College of Engineering
and Technologyand KGiSL Institute of Technology according to academic schedule.
© Seek manual advice and support in planning and executing programs promoting excellence in area
of accreditation process.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party shall keep this agreement and all related information and correspondence provided to the
other party in strict confidence, and shall not disclose the same to any third party, except if required
to be disclosed under Applicable Rules.
