Lighting fixtures (F.O.H)

Observations:
-Type LF002 has been included in the submitted data sheet, however it wasn't included in the submitted
material list, is irrelevant/rejected item and should be provided in separate submittal for Façade lighting.

-Approval is for Electro as a supplier subjected to owner rep, interior designer and arch approvals,
moreover approval is as per vendors list subjected to B/M observations:

1. These fixtures and drivers C.O.O, Luminance, IP, body and its paint should be as per design/ID package.
2. FL01 type should be 4300 lm minimum lumen output equipped with steel reflector, stainless steel fixation material
and opal polycarbonate protection diffuser.
3. F01 type should be equipped with polycarbonate reflector, opal polycarbonate protection diffuser, fixation material
to be suitable for fixation from ceiling slab by wires or threaded rods not rested on the false ceiling.
4. D01 type should be with 15 cm max. diameter, lighting fixture lumen output should be 2000 lm minimum, with
polycarbonate housing, polycarbonate reflector, opal polycarbonate protection diffuser.
5. LT01 type body should be made of die cast aluminium, with satin opal diffuser, and 115mm radius.
6. LT03 type should be 115 lm/w, body should be made of aluminium, with opal cover, and prismatic PMMA diffuser.
7. LT04 type should be 115 lm/w, body should be made of aluminium, with opal cover, and prismatic PMMA diffuser.
8. CL type flexible led strip 24v, should be IP 66, lighting fixture lumen output should be 800 lm/mt minimum, can be
cut on site every 50mm with standard tool plug and play connectors with power supply 220v/24v.
9. All types of connected with central battery luminaires should be compatible with central battery system, moreover
should be equipped CH.OV module and luminaire interface module, an addressable interface relay shall be
considered to be installed within each lighting fixture.
10. The exact location of all F.O.H/decorative/wall/floor lighting fixture, refer to ARCH./lighting design package.
11. Lux study should be provided.
12. Wiring within the fixture shall be 125 deg C, 500V.
13. All lighting fixtures shall be weather proof for wet/damp areas, color rendering minimum 80.
14. Lighting fixtures shall be supplied complete with equipment such as LED modules ,drivers as per luminaire
manufacturer recommendations,......etc previewed tested and ready for connection on site.
15. Fittings required for lighting fixtures such as suspension rods, brackets, angels, bolts, hooks, etc.. Shall be provided,
moreover all system including drivers shall be ROHS compliant and free from mercury & LEED.
16. Inrush current of each lighting fixture should be provided to ensure proper operation with relevant items.
17. Approved coordinated reflected ceiling plans should be provided indicating actual quantities and proper locations of
lighting fixtures and installation details/means of suspension for each lighting fixture according to final ID drawings,
considering mechanical and technical rooms coordination.

 18. Luminaire painting color, color temperature and diffuser of the sample must be officially approved from Arch and
owner rep before ordering materials.
19. Driver/Fixture shall have some means of built-in overheat thermal protection in the form of automatic dimming or
stepping/holding down of the driver where temperature exceeds operational limits.
20. A minimum life time of L80 50,000 hrs can be accepted at designated ambient temperature of 35ºC in accordance to
IES TM-21-11 for Indoor LED lighting luminaires.

21. IES LM-80 lumen maintenance test to be carried out confirming Tsp used in coming from Thermal Management Test
report at elevated ambient temperature 35ºC for Indoor LED lighting luminaires.
22. Contractor should submit type test certificates indicating the electrical ratings, photometric data, thermal
performance, lifetime and energy efficiency data for each specified lighting fixtures as per IEC 62717.
23. Ventilated metal box should be provided for central battery/ built in battery interface.
24. The manufacturer/supplier shall submit stamped warranty: 5 years for the whole indoor luminaire(LED Chip,
Driver,…etc.) life time and 5 years for the whole luminaire lighting performance.
25. Product CB certificate, UL listing certificate or CE certificate of conformity and all missing certificates and test reports
from accredited laboratories should be provided for all types.
26. Led drivers shall comply with specs items 2.2-2 A and B, drivers should have a Power Factor (PF) L:≥0.95, any
deviations from specs such as IP or Surge protection is contractor sole responsibility.
27. Prior to installation at site contractor should provide the following items :
A. Material list for all submitted items with their C.O.O which should be USA/Europe as per vendors list.
B. Original authorization letters from manufacturers mother companies should be provided in order to prove the
supplier as an authorized regional distributor.
C. Method of installation as well as site mockup for each lighting fixture.
D. IESNA LM-79 Test report, photo-biological test reports from accredited laboratories to prove that the fixture is
classed as “Exempt” in accordance to IEC/EN 62471 or ANSI/IESNA RP-27 and any missing certificates for the approved
fixtures shall be provided for each type of luminaire used with the selected driver current, it will not be permitted to
use driver current except the current rated with test reports.
E. Thermal management ISTMT, LM80 as per specs shall be provided.
F. Country of origin certificates should be submitted accordingly for all supplied items.
G. Contractor should submit complete compliance sheet item by item, moreover contractor should comply with out of
manufacturer scope items such as installation, site tests etc..
28. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that the design and installation of all lighting system complies with
