003 World Food Programme 2021-2024 Precision of the Training, Mentorship and BDS
(WFP) - Farm to Market support to agri-SMEs and Producer organizations
Alliance (FtMA), Cereal through the VSLA approach, developing over
Growers Association 1500 groups across 13 counties of Kenya and
(CGA) facilitating access to over KES 120M in financing
linkages and market access.

004 Syngenta Foundation East 2021-2022 Supported the design, pilot and full scale up of the hub
Africa systems business case by the value chain enablers
such as the network manages, Hub Managers that
facilitated aggregations of both input and output for
the smallholder farmers and traders, Managed and
established a network of 100 Network managers,1000
Hub managers and over 5000 traders. The outcome
have been replicated in 5 countries and partnered with
financial institutions for access to finance.
005 Practical Action 2021-2022 Designed and scaled up the RAY model and value for
money framework development and Supported over
500 Eco-preneur in Good agricultural practices, Market
access, Financial Linkages impacting safe farm
produce sourcing and access by the consumers.

006 Action Against Hunger (ACF) 2023 Designed, piloted and scaled the Champion model that
aims to Strengthened the capacity of women groups to
protect and participate in: sustainable livelihoods
among vulnerable households in the community;
enhance nutrition and access to nutritious foods;
digitized rural financial inclusion and building resilience
to socio-economic shocks associated with the effects of
climate change. This involves developments in viable
financial systems and business models.
