LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED WITH APPLICATION FORM MEMBERSHIP OF
AGRI BUSINESS CLUB (ABC)
Please indicate the type of membership whether corporate or Associate by examining
the definition as given below;
CORPORATE MEMBER means a member of a trade organization which is
either a body corporate or a multinational corporation with its head office or
branch office in Pakistan or a sales tax registered manufacturing concern or a
sales tax registered business concern having annual turn-over of
ABOVE Rs: 100 millions.
ASSOCIATE MEMBER means a member of a trade organization which is not a
body corporate or a multinational or a sales tax registered manufacturing
concern or a sales tax registered business concern having annual turn-over
LESSTHAN Rs:100 millions
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED:
1. Request for ABC Membership on the Applicant’s letterhead.
2. Completed ABC Membership Application Form.
3. Completed attached identity card form. Your company stamp on photograph of
authorized representative should be affixed to cover a part of the photograph.
4. Copy of National Identity Card of the authorized Representative.
5. Letter of authority for appointment of the Authorized Representative among
directors/partner through Board resolution in case of corporate concern or with
signatures of partners in case partnership.
6. Please sure that two existing members sign at appropriate box of the application
with their company stamps.
7. Copy of proof of filing of Income Tax Return for the preceding year.
8. Copy of Income Tax & Sales Tax registration certificates.
9. Bank Draft/Pay Order of Rs:80,000/- in favor of “PAKISTAN CROP PROTECTION
ASSOCIATION” as Annual Subscription Fee (Fresh & Renewal) for Corporate
Membership After Last Date issued by Cabinet Fee will be Charged (20,000) Extra
10. Bank Draft/Pay Order of Rs: 30,000/- in favor of “PAKISTAN CROP PROTECTION
ASSOCIATION” as Annual Subscription Fee (Fresh & Renewal) for Associate
Membership. After Last Date issued by Cabinet Fee will be Charged (10,000) Extra

with the rules and regulations set by the Association for the smooth running of pesticides business.
We further undertake that we will be bound to follow the decision made by ABC (Executive Body and
authorized committees) and in case of any violation chairman have the full rights to cancel the membership or
any other penalty thereof.
