I am humbly writing this letter to provide my justification regarding the request for considerations to
retain an excess of teachers in our school Bagacay Integrated School specifically in the Junior High School
Department.
This simple Justification Letter contains my varied explanations for reasons behind this situation:
1. Senior High School Department has only six (6) teachers at the moment teaching and
managing six classes in both Grade 11 and 12
2. That Mrs. Jee-cean O. Taduyo have recently rendered her resignation in the teaching force

3. One Junior High School Teacher in the person of Mrs. Violeta O. Yangzon have presently
complied and submitted her documents for retirement and that she is no longer reporting this
effective School Year 2024-2025
4. Some Junior High School Teachers will be given loads in Senior High classes to compensate
the number of teaching hours required by the Civil Service
5. That we are considering an increase of enrolment this school year
