Objectives
There are 3 objectives of this project:
1. Eliminating Gender Discrimination: One of the main objectives of
promoting gender equality is to eradicate gender discrimination in all areas of
life. This includes addressing gender-based violence, unequal access to
education, employment opportunities, and healthcare, as well as challenging
gender stereotypes and biases. By working towards eliminating gender
discrimination, we can ensure that individuals of all genders have equal
opportunities and rights.
2. Empowering Women and Girls: Another important objective is to empower
women and girls by providing them with equal access to education,
healthcare, economic opportunities, and decision-making positions. This
involves breaking down barriers that hinder women's progress, such as
gender-based violence, unequal pay, and limited access to resources.
Empowering women and girls not only benefits them individually but also
contributes to the overall development and well-being of communities and
societies.
3. Engaging Men and Boys: Promoting gender equality also requires engaging
men and boys as allies and advocates. It is important to challenge traditional
gender norms and stereotypes that perpetuate harmful behaviors and
inequalities. By involving men and boys in conversations and initiatives
promoting gender equality, we can foster a more inclusive and supportive
environment for all genders. Engaging men and boys is essential for breaking
down gender roles and promoting healthy relationships and behaviors.
Beneficiaries
The beneficiaries of this program or workshop are individuals of all genders
who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the roles and
responsibilities traditionally associated with the opposite gender. The
program aims to promote inclusivity and gender equality by providing a
platform for individuals to learn, acquire skills, and challenge traditional
gender roles. This workshop is open to anyone who is willing to broaden their
perspective, break stereotypes, and foster empathy towards individuals of
the opposite gender. It is particularly beneficial for those who want to
challenge societal norms and contribute to creating a more equitable and
inclusive society. The program welcomes participants from diverse
backgrounds, including students, professionals, community members, and
individuals interested in personal growth and development. It offers a safe
and supportive environment for participants to explore, learn, and engage in
meaningful discussions about gender roles and their impact on individuals
and society. By opening up the workshop to individuals of all genders, the
program aims to foster mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration
among participants, ultimately benefiting society as a whole by promoting
gender equality and breaking down gender stereotypes.

The collaborators of this project include the Universities and educational
