ARTICLE 3 – Team Composition
Players, the manager, the coach, assistant team coach, and muse of the team.
ARTICLE 4 – Uniform
At least the short must be tailored visibly bearing the players no. in front or back.
ARTICLE 5 – Mode of Competition
1. MIDGET DIVISION
6 TEAMS
ELIMINATION – single round robin, each team will play five (5) games to determine the placing of
each team.
SEMI-FINAL – No.1 placing team VS No.4 placing team
No.2 placing team VS No.3 placing team
No.5 and No.6 placing team out of the tournament
NOTE: No.1 and No.2 placing teams have a twice to beat advantage
FINAL - Loser VS Loser – Battle for third knock - out
Winner VS Winner – Championship 1 game only
In case of triple tie or more, the Olympic Quotient System shall be approved that is to determine the
placing of each team.
In case of double tie, the win over the other rule prevail.
Any eventualities that would delay or stop a schedule game and probability of its continuance is nil, the
following rules shall be applied:
A. If the game stopped during the first half of play, it shall be re-scheduled as if no game has been
played.
B. If the game stopped during the second half of the playing game, it shall be re-scheduled but
only the remaining time left shall be played.
C. If the game had been stopped with only two(2) minutes left, the following rules shall be
adopted:
o If both teams tied the game or one team leads the other by ten (10) points or below, the
game shall be re-scheduled for continuance.
o If the winning leads its opponent by eleven (11) points or more said team automatically
wins the game.
ARTICLE 6 – Prohibitions and Penalties
1. Any member of the teams found to be under the influence or smell alcoholic liquor or found
to be in the influence of the prohibited drugs shall be banned to participate in the schedule
game and shall be ejected from the venue.
2. No team/player shall be allowed to play if not in proper uniform of their team.
3. Any member of the team involved to fighting or lead to fight shall be disqualified from the
game and two (2) games suspension or banned for the tournament by penalized.
ARTICLE 7 – Players Eligibility
Mosquito- 9-12 years old
Mini- 13-16 years old
Midget- 17-21 years old
Junior- 22 & above
ARTICLE 8- Team Forfeit
Team shall lose the game by “FORFEIT” if:
1. It refuses to play after being instructed to do so by the referee.
2. By its action it prevents the game from being played.
3. Fifteen (15) minutes after the starting time, the team is not present or not able field five (5)
players.
PENALTY: The game is awarded to opponents & the score shall be twenty (20) to zero (0).
Further the forfeiting team shall received zero (0) points in the classification.
ARTICLE 9 – Team for Default
A team shall lose game by default if, during the game the no. of player is less than two (2).
PENALTY: If the team to which the game is awarded is ahead, the score at the time of the
stoppage shall stand, if the team to which the game is not awarded is not ahead, the score shall
be recorded as two (2) to zero (0) in its favor. Further, a team that has financial obligation such
as quota and the defaulting games will not be scheduled to play in any game and will be subject
for default.
ARTICLE 10 – Power of Referees
He shall designate the official time, place and recognized the timekeeper, the scorer and
the table official.
As a rule, the referees’ decision is final.
REMINDERS: The technical committee/s will have an elastic power to apply unmentioned but
prevailing in laws in case of circumstances that would arise during the course of the
tournament. All players teams are required to strictly abide the rules and regulations wrote
here with to fully cooperate with the organizing committees, failure to do so may merit
appropriate disciplinary.
ARTICLE 11 – Power of the Captain Ball and Coach
1. Only the team captain ball can clarify the calls of a referee in a courteous manner, only
during the dead ball situation.
2. The coach is calling a shot of his teams’ players and their behavior during the game.
ARTICLE 12 – Line-up / Entrance fee
1. Official Line-up must be submitted to the organizing committee in folder with picture and
documents to support their eligibility.
2. Deadline of submission of Line-up and quota.
