out assignments in service to those goals. Every leader has a specific way of approaching or considering
an issue or problem so there are many leadership styles. For the effectively handling a school

In education where the mission of teachers and administrators is to educate students. Leadership skills
must be developed not only within the classroom but also for organizational change. The above skills are
predicated on the leader's expertise, learned managerial skills, growth mindset, and developed
emotional intelligence. They allow the leader to be aware of oneself, their impact on others, and the
motivation of others, within the context of furthering the organization's singular mission.
Leadership in education can play an integral role in creating a positive school culture. It can also
influence student learning and achievement. Effective school leadership is increasingly viewed as the key

in the classroom and that is why there is development because of being supportive.
Transformational leadership-taking a collaborative approach, transformational leaders empower their
school teams to have a say in decision-making processes and enable collective goal-setting. Through role

purpose. This sets the foundations for growth and success.
Its about encouraging, inspiring and amotivating for the positive development of followers.
Constructivist leadership-this type of leadership is about facilitating the learning process, rather than
directing it. At the core of the constructivist approach is that learners control their own learning, not
teachers.
In addition, students in the classroom have the opportunity to exchange ideas and work together.
Servant leadership-this participatory style of leadership pushes the ego aside and considers the needs of
others, rather than focus on self-interest. The philosophy behind servant leadership is that a “great
leader must first serve others and that this simple fact is central to his or her greatness: true leadership
emerges from those whose primary motivation is a desire to help others.”
Rather, the students will be served or given priority so they benefit from that kind of leadership that
they may feel that they are respected and appreciated. It also helps them to achieve whatever their
goals are.
Strategic leadership-is based on long-range planning. Through analysis, evaluation and monitoring,
strategic leaders assess current school performance and take the necessary steps to improve future
results.
A strategic leader looks to the future to develop new opportunities, products or services for an
organization in order to fulfill goals and missions. Should be more focused on developing long -term
capabilities.

8. Strategic-As a strategic leader, you focus less on daily concerns and more on developing
frameworks that allow others to reach long-term goals.
9. Transactional-A transactional style could help you and your organization accomplish your
goals because it allows you to view every interaction like a business transaction or an
exchange of elements with equal value.
10. Transformational-As a transformational leader, you take a collaborative approach to
management and serve as a strong role model for those you lead.

This paper review about the relationship of organizational leadership and leadership styles in effectively
handling a school organization. Where the term organizational leadership has been defined as well as
some Effective Leadership style that almost all other content has similarities. In reason, that
Organizational Leadership has only one goal and that is how to handle the School Organization
effectively which refers to how schools arrange the resources of time, space, and personnel for
maximum effect on student learning and its stakeholders.
In the literature, research has manifested that the leadership behavior exhibited by school
administrators strengthens the organizational commitment of the employees and increases the quality
of work life (Akan et al., 2014). In relation to School organization teacher and administrators mission is
about to educate learners. That is why they will excel and achieve their goal because that is where the
students will feel connected to the organization.
