F. Reflection
We were obliged to work from home due to the coronavirus outbreak. But as long
as we had optimistic mindsets and the desire to perform good work and solve
difficulties, we could always find methods to overcome hurdles and even benefit
from the difficult times.
Looking back after more than a year, there were many problems and obstacles to
overcome, but there were also numerous advantages earned during this time.
Working from home also offered advantages. Because of the flexibility of my
working hours, I attended more training webinars than in the past. These training
webinars significantly improved my work skills.
Benefits from working from home were also present. My work schedule flexibility
allowed me to attend more training webinars than I had previously. My work skills
have greatly improved as a result of these training webinars. In conclusion, we
have spent the last year working from home due to the coronavirus pandemic.
However, we could always find methods to get past the challenges and even
benefit from this trying time as long as we had optimistic mindsets and the drive
to work hard and tackle the problems. Since working from home may also give us
more time or possibilities to engage in activities like working exercise, spending
time with family, and attending webinars connected to our jobs.
