Our Journey…
 Sri KC Pullaiah started career as a Class-II Civil Contractor in
1980, committed to deliver time-tested structures to his clients
as per the schedule. His discipline and commitment, helped
him gaining goodwill from all the clients.

 M/s. KCP Builders, a civil contracting Partnership firm was

established by Sri K. C. Pullaiah in the year 1995 with family
members as partners and established as a Partnership Firm. A
good combination of Experience and enthusiasm in young blood
helped the firm touching new heights in their endeavor.

and named as M/s. KCP Projects Ltd on May 10, 2005.

 Further, the Company name was changed to M/s. KPC Projects Limited for
Administrative Convenience w.e.f January 12, 2012.

 A company known for its Commitment and Enthusiasm in driving Engineering

Projects had its own recognition as a model Civil Contractor in the Construction
Industry.

 With sole motto to develop the youth in different carders we, “K.C.Pulliah foundation” has
come up with an idea to sustain the life of youth.

 K.C.Pulliah Foundation has came up with K.C. Pulliah Skill Development Centre to train
the unemployed youth in different modules and to provide employment opportunities to
sustain their life.

 Skill development is playing a major role in INDIA. Many organizations are running behind the
skilled labour in our country. There is much more need for the skilled labour in different
departments. Our team has took up the survey and decided to start the centre with house
keeping training which is the most demandable in domestic and hotel management sector.

 According to the demand, the courses will be changed Periodically. The students at the centre
will be trained by the renowned and experienced trainers.
