1. PayTimeDM (Device Management) Platform Support:
 Hopefully, this list will grow a lot.
• Windows XP (32 bits & 64bits)

2. SQL Connection Parameter:

 After Installation of PayTimeDM above screen will be opened.

SQL Server Name: - Name of SQL Server (By Default is .\Mantra2005)


Database Name: - PayTimeDM (It’s read only)
SQL Mode: - SQL Server or Windows Authentication
SQL User Name and SQL Password: - You need to provide SQL User Name and Password
if you have selected SQL Authentication.

3. Login:

 After saving SQL Server Parameter, PayTimeDM Login screen will be opened.
 PayTimeDM Main screen will be opened after providing correct User Name and Password.
 By Default User Name is admin and Password also is admin.
 After Three continuous incorrect attempts for login into PayTimeDM, it will be closed.
 And you need to start it again.

4. Masters:
 The Master Menu has the following masters.
4.1 Device Master
4.2 Scheduler Master
4.3 User Master
4.4 Zone Master
4.5 Access Time zone Master

4.1 Device Master

 Configurations of all devices are needed to save in Device Master.


 Device ID, Device IP, Port Number, Device Password Details will be got from your Device Menu.
 You can set Device Mode to IN, OUT or Default.
1. Device Mode:-
2. IN – All entries downloaded from the Device will be considered as IN Entries.
3. Out – All entries downloaded from the Device will be considered as Out Entries.
4. Default – In – Out will be considered from Device In – Out Flag.

You have to select Device Type from list displayed in Device Type Fields.
Push Data Configuration:-If you want to push data continuously from device.
Server Port – On this Port, Device will sent Data to Server, show this port will be accessible from
Device & enter same Port in “Server Port” in Device Menu.
Server IP/Host IP (At Device Level) – This value need to set in Device Menu and it should be IP address
of server where PayTimeDM Push Data Service is running.

 Morx-Enterprise: Device Serial No is mandatory.

4.2 Schedule Master

You can create below Types of Scheduler Master

1) Data Download from Devices : For Device Data Download


2) SyncBiometics from Device : For Enroll User Biometric Data Zone wise Sync

 Device Transaction will be automatically download as per entry done in Schedule Master.
 There are different ways that you can manage scheduling of Device Transaction.
 Recurring Continuously
 Recurring on Specified Time
1. Daily
2. Weekly
3. Monthly
 You can set Daily Frequency for all three above conditions.
 For Example: - Above Screen shows that Data will download at Every Minute between 12:00 PM
to 12:30 PM on Every Day.

4.3 User Master

 Save all Users of PayTimeDM Login in User Master.


 To add new User, Click on ‘New’ fill User Name, Password, Confirm Password and click on ‘save’.

4.4 Zone Master

 Zone Name : Create Zone Like Area wise , City Wise, Etc.

4.5 Access Time zone Master

 User can edit Access Time zone from Default 50 Time Zones.
 User Can Edit Time Zone Name, Start Time, To Time for Sunday to Monday.

5. Download:
 The Download Menu has the following Items.
5.1 Download User

5.3 Data Download (Using LAN)
5.4 Data Download (Using Text file / SD Card / Pen Drive)

5.1 Download User

 It allows you to Download User Form all Devices.


 SetDeviceTime: Click on “SetDevicetime“Set Device Date and Time (Computer current Date Time).
 Get Device Info: you can show User info in the Device.
 Download User: Click On “Download User” it download all Enroll User of that device with all
 Details: If is any error in connection of device then it is display in Error Log otherwise process
Details are display in Event Logs.
 Clear Selection: Click on clear selection it clears all the details from page.
 Exit: Click on exit after that it exits from that page.

5.2 Set Username

You can set Enroll Name in Device.

5.3 Data Download (LAN)

 

 It allows you to Download Data Form all Devices.


 If device is not connected then it shows message Device can not connected In Error Logs.
 For rectify this, you have to check three parameter values of Device in Device Master.
 Device ID: Check In your Physical Device Put same on Device Master.
 Device IP: Check In your Physical Device Put same on Device Master and Which IP you used is not used
by another PC. For Example one PC’s IP is 192.168.001.001 That IP you cannot use for data download.
 Port Number: Check Port number in your Physical Device put same on Device Master.

5.4 Data Download (Using Text File/SD Card/Pen Drive)

 It allows you to import raw data taken from Device Terminal trough pen drive, SD Card
or USB/COM port. It is very useful when TCP/IP connection not available and you
required downloading data from Device.
 To Import Device Data, you require to select Device, File Type (.CSV, .TSV, .TXT or .DAT),
Browse the file and Click on Import.

5.5 Services

 You can start below service.


1. Data Download.
2. Push Data.
 After entering details in Scheduler Master, You need to start Data Download.
 You can show Data Download log by clicking on ‘Download Logs’ it opens popup.
 Morx-Enterprise: Morx-Enterprise device Push Data service separately.
 Auto Sync Biometric Data Service : For auto Sync biometric data which are you selected on the
System Parameters form.

5.6 Export to Excel

5.7 Transaction Monitor

 After starting Push Data Service, Transaction Data will be displayed in Transaction Monitor and this
List will be refreshed after few sec (Default Value will be 10 Seconds).

 Used for delete transaction from desktop database.

6. Upload
 The Utilities Menu has the following Items.

6.1 Upload User

 Disable User: Used for disable user from device. Click on disable user button after that user is
Disable Device and not able to punch on that device.
 Enable User: Used for enable user for particular device if user is already disable for that device.
 Delete User: Used for Delete User From Device.
 Check/uncheck all: Used for check and uncheck all users from table.
 Upload User: Selected User enroll in Device.
 Clear Selection: Used for clear all Check Boxes.

6.2 Upload Access Timezone

 Set Time zone: User can select Device from Tree view and set Timezone to Device.

 Set Time zone : User can select Device from Tree view , Select user from user grid and Select Three
Time zone after that Click Set Timezone for Set Timezone for user in Device

 Set User Validity: User can select Device from Tree view , Select user from user and Select Start Date
& end Date after that Click Set User Validity to set Date Validity to Device

7.1 Change Password

 It allows you to change password of Current User.


 You need to first enter old Password, New Password, and Confirm Password and then click on ‘Save’.

7.2 System Parameter

Application Mode:
 Auto – In Auto mode software will automatically calculate IN and OUT Time as par First IN First Out
method. It will not consider IN or OUT key from machine.
 FIX- You can set Device Terminal as IN or OUT Source.
 MANUAL - If you want IN or OUT key from machine then set Application mode to Manual.
 Morx-Enterprise: Set your Time zone.
 Auto Sync Data: which Biometric data to sync into devices. It is work for same Device type.

7.3 Data Backup

 You can take back up of your Data on selected path.

7.4 Query Analyzer

 List of all tables is display on left hand side which is present in database.
 Select the query from left side and click on Execute Query Button and it display result according that.

 It opens folder where PayTimeDM is installed in System.

7. 6 Reset SQL Connection

 It allows you reset SQL Parameters at run time. Application will be automatically restart after resetting
SQL Parameters.

 Query Express is used for checking and executing query in Database.

 User can enroll finger for new/existing candidates and can enroll Punch card of candidate.
 User can Select existing candidate or add new enroll & select Privilege like Normal User, Enroll, Admin,
SuperAdmin.

 You can delete Biometrics data which are enrolled by Morx Enrollment Devices.

 The Help Manu has the following Items.

1. Device Management – PayTimeDM User Manual will be opened after clicking on Device Management.
2. Show Status bar – You can show or hide status bar.
3. About –It will display current version Information of PayTimeDM and check for update if any latest
version is available.
