This Organization and Functions Manual (MOF) is a management tool of CONSTRUCCION AND
MECHANIC PERU SAC, which describes the specific functions, lines of authority and responsibility
and minimum requirements of each of the positions assigned to the different work areas, taking
into account the organic structure and the general functions established in the Internal
Regulations for Safety and Health at Work of the organization, as well as the requirements of the
positions considered in the Personnel Assignment Table (CAP) CyM Perú SAC. The MOF provides
contract managers with information about their functions and location within the general
structure of the organization, as well as determining the corresponding formal interrelationships.
It therefore helps to institutionalize Administrative Simplification by providing information on the
functions that staff must perform when occupying the positions that constitute the processing
points in the flow of procedures. It also facilitates the induction process for new staff, as well as
the training and orientation of in-service staff, allowing them to understand their functions and
responsibilities, in addition to being able to implement training programs. To prepare the list, the
positions planned according to the requirements of each work or project were used as a starting
point and the information on the work carried out by the staff in each area was analysed.

The value of the Organization and Functions Manual lies in the accuracy and timeliness of its
information; therefore, periodic reviews are required to keep it up to date, recording the changes
that occur in the organization; thus, in order to update this manual, the policies found in its
content will be followed, which allow the information to be kept in optimal conditions for use.

2. AIM
 Define and establish the responsibilities, powers, functions, internal and external
relationships and requirements of the established positions.
 Provide detailed information to employees about their functions and location within the
general structure of the organization, as well as the corresponding formal interrelations,
allowing employees to contribute to improving the quality of the services provided.
 Facilitate the monitoring, evaluation and control of functions, tasks, activities and
responsibilities on an ongoing basis and in accordance with the organization's internal
regulations on safety and health at work.
 Facilitate the induction process for training, orientation and supervision of personnel in
service, allowing them to clearly understand their functions and responsibilities in the
position to which they have been assigned, as well as to apply training programs with
greater objectivity.
3. PURPOSE
 To make known in a clear and defined manner the functions, activities and tasks of the
staff of CONSTRUCCION AND MECHANIC PERU SAC.
 Allow staff to clearly understand the functions and responsibilities of the position assigned
to them.

 Facilitate the staff induction process, regarding knowledge of the functions assigned to the
position, in cases of entry or displacement of staff (rotation, secondment, transfer,
relocation and other actions).
4. SCOPE

The scope of application of this manual includes the personnel that make up the entire
organization of CONSTRUCCION AND MECHANIC PERU SAC; and it will be strictly enforced by
those who comprise it.

The manager and project managers, in coordination with the security management area, are
responsible for disseminating and keeping this management document permanently updated,
in the part that concerns each one, such as the positions assigned to each work area.

6. DEFINITIONS
a) Position. It is the basic element of an organization, whose main functions distinguish it
from other positions. The functions of a position, which are assigned to personnel,
contribute to the achievement of objectives in an organization. The positions contained in
the staff assignment table may be assigned to staff of different remuneration levels or
occupational groups, according to the needs of the Entity, provided that they meet the

requirements for the position, without this entailing an impact on the remuneration
aspect.
b) Job Level. Set of positions whose main functions are of similar complexity, and whose

required to perform the functions of a position.

 Coordinate and carry out technical control of the construction and supervision of
improvement works for the construction of the Service Station in accordance with
established guidelines and current regulations.
 Analyze and establish a master construction schedule with the construction management.
Plan weekly construction activities based on the execution schedule.
 Monitoring compliance with assigned activities and quality controls.
 Timely procurement of materials and management of inventories necessary for the
continuity of the work.

 Know the full scope of the construction contract.


 Maintain and safeguard on site the documents that are required during execution (Plans,
Minutes, Reports, Specifications, Communications, etc.). Ensuring that, at all times, the
necessary permits are available on site to be able to undertake it, either by requesting
them from the Inspecting Engineer (or the Contracting entity) or from the Contractor
itself within the appropriate time periods.
 Likewise, in this part, the Resident Engineer's Functions must focus on the review of the
Project Plans as well as the work quantities in such a way as to inform, if applicable, the
Contractor and the Employer of any anomalies detected.
 Maintain appropriate communication with the Contractor's representative on the Site
(Inspecting Engineer), preparing the minutes and requests required by the applicable
contracting conditions. The Resident Engineer must respond, within the legally
established timeframes, to any observation or request made by the inspecting Engineer
in relation to the work activities.
 Comply with the process, control, billing and monitoring of the valuations of the work
carried out, always based on the cash flow planned by the Contractor in the planning.
 Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on the
construction site.
 Carry out and update the work planning, informing superiors in a timely manner of
situations such as: material, equipment and personnel requirements, delays in
execution, unforeseen expenses, payments to subcontractors and personnel, among
others.
 Keep, together with the Inspecting Engineer, the Book or Log of the work, in which the
day-to-day developments in the monitoring of the work are indicated.

Ensure compliance with specific health and safety objectives and work in accordance with
procedural standards. This involves providing direction, assistance, guidance, example and
discipline to ensure that risks are understood and rules, procedures and support systems are
correctly applied.

Check the general conditions at the service stations. Exercise strict control over those under their
direct supervision. Security supervision must be characterized by respect for human dignity and
must take into consideration the complexity of individuals, their differences and limitations in
physical, intellectual and moral aspects.

 Maintain a complete and updated record of the service posts under


supervision/inspection, which includes data such as: name and address of the post,
telephone numbers of the post, names and telephone numbers of the persons in charge
who must be contacted in case of emergency, names of security guards, quantity, type
and serial number of service weapons, as well as any other details deemed appropriate.
 Check, if possible daily, the attendance and punctuality of subordinates.
 Inspect the security services provided.
 Establish, when necessary, security staff schedules.
 Develop a security risk analysis for service positions. Determine what position each
security guard should occupy and tell them how they should act in their daily work and in
