Job Interview: Miniso Warehouse (Jacky/Vale)
Interviewer: Good morning! Thank you for coming today. Let’s begin. Can you
tell me about your previous work experience?
Candidate: Good morning! Thank you for having me. I have worked in
warehouse operations for two years. During this time, I’ve been organizing
inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring that all items are
correctly labeled.
Interviewer: That’s good to hear. Have you worked with any specific inventory
systems before?
Candidate: Yes, I have. I’ve used digital inventory systems to track stock and
maintain accurate records. For the past year, I’ve been learning to use them
more efficiently, and it has improved my productivity.
Interviewer: Excellent. Can you share a time when you faced a challenge in
your work and how you managed it?
Candidate: Certainly. There was a time when we received a shipment that was
missing some items. I had been checking the inventory and quickly identified
the issue. I worked with the supplier to resolve it, ensuring that the missing
items were delivered on time.
Interviewer: That’s a great example. How long have you been interested in
working in logistics?
Candidate: I’ve been passionate about logistics since my first job in a retail
warehouse. Over the past two years, I have developed my skills and enjoyed the

Interviewer: How do you ensure that your work is accurate, especially when
handling large shipments?
Candidate: I always double-check the inventory list against the shipment and
communicate with the team to avoid any mistakes. Recently, I’ve been
improving my attention to detail by focusing on smaller tasks before moving on
to larger ones.
Interviewer: That’s great to know. Do you have any questions for us?
Candidate: Yes, I’d like to ask about the training process for new employees.
Do you provide on-the-job training?
