1. That the above noted case is pending trial before this Hon’ble Court and
fixed for

2. That the applicant had forgotten the date of hearing as 29-08-2024 and he
could not appear before this hon’ble court in the present matter and the
Hon’ble court issue bailable-warrant against the applicant/ accused for his
non- appearance.

3. That the non-appearance on the part of the applicant was neither


intentional nor deliberate but due the above mentioned reason.

4. That the applicant is law abiding person and undertakes to appear before
this Hon’ble Court on each and every date without any omission or
default.

Prayer:
It is therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble Court may
kindly be pleased to cancel the bailable -warrant issued against the
applicant the applicant and grant bail in the interest of justice.
