Hello!
Thank you for purchasing my GRINCH pattern.

This pattern has a medium level of difficulty, but do not hesitate to write to
me on my Instagram @siennahandmade_ or to my email [email protected]
if you have any questions.

This pattern is designed for an amigurumi measuring 21 cm from the feet to the cap
, but everything will depend on the tension you apply when knitting and the size of
crochet thread you use.

You can sell the amigurumis you make with this pattern, but remember to use
your own photos. If you see someone selling this pattern or
claiming it as their own, please let me know. Don't forget to tag me to see
your masterpiece.

To embroider the face we will do the following: love
• We will knit the little nose right where a little mountain forms when making the decreases.
• We will pass the thread over and over again until it looks bulging, we will do the same with the
eyelids, we enter on one side and come out on the other to achieve sleepy eyes.
• We embroider eyelashes and dark circles with black thread.

For the smile we will do the following:

• With black thread from the end of the nose we will make a line downwards counting 6 sts.
• Then we count 10 pt to the side and make another line, we will apply that on both sides.
• Then we will count 5 points upwards but diagonally by 2 points. Be guided by the images.

EYEBROWS love
• For the eyebrows we will do the following, with dark green thread and a needle, we thread
and tie a knot at the end of the thread and insert it anywhere on the head, we pull until the
knot is hidden and we will make a little tuft of thread forming the eyebrow, this is a bit of
work, I chose this option because I do not use felt, if you have it and it is easier for you, do
not hesitate to use it. Then we will put thread in, cut again and again until we achieve the
shape of the eyebrows, once finished we will mess up a bit to give it that messy look.

FACE STRANDS:

-For the locks of the face, we place the thread 6 stitches away from the eye, we raise 7
chains and we will make sl st in the next stitch down, we will do this 4 times and we will do
the same procedure on the other side.

Hands and arms x2:

For the hand and arm we will use green yarn, we will start with the fingers and then we will join them to
form the hand and then we will move on to the arm.

NOW TO PLACE THE WIRE WE WILL MEASURE THE LENGTH

OF THE ARMS OF
ONE FINGER TO THE OTHER, PLUS THE LENGTH OF THE BODY
WHEN CROSSING. FOR ME IT WAS 16 CENTIMETERS BUT THAT
WILL DEPEND A LOT ON YOUR STYLE OF KNITTING.
ONCE THE WIRE IS LOCATED WE CAN WEAVE THE ARMS TO THE
BODY

SCARF:

For the scarf we will use red and white thread, the length will be according
to your taste. Remember that color changes are made by closing the last stitch of
the previous color with the thread of the new color.

1. 4 ch, 3dc, ch and turn

And so every 2 turns the color change will take place.

Once you get the desired length, we finish it off and place threads
at the beginning and end of the scarf to simulate the fringes.

ONCE FINISHED, WE HOOK THE WHITE YARN AND WE WILL MAKE SC AROUND THE ENTIRE PIECE, IN MY CASE
IT WAS 77 SC, BUT THAT WILL DEPEND ON THE QUANTITY YOU MAKE.

We finished.
Now in the rounds you made in BLO, we will hook the thread and pick up 3 ch, sl st in the next stitch and so on
until finishing the two rounds in BLO.

FOR THE SLEEVES:

We place ourselves at the armhole of the suit and do 15 sc, 10 sc in the 10 stitches that were skipped and 5 in
the armhole. And then we will do 4 rounds of MPA, change color to White, do one round of MPA and then one
round of PB. ALL LAPS CONTAIN 15 POINTS.

Some notes:
- For Santa's belt, use felt. With a tape measure, measure the diameter of the Grinch's belly and that
will be the length of your belt, then with yellow felt I made the buckle.

- I recommend sewing the opening of the suit if you want to leave the Grinch in it, since it is very
difficult to take it off and put it back on.
