section 6 - Declaration
Declaration from student/ parent/ guardian
the student/ parent/ guardian –
a. has understood the nature of the course, programme & its curriculum offered by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and its partner
VET by EHL and through their approved and authorized Learning Centre.
b. agrees that the admission sought in the programme offered by CII & VET by EHL is out of his/her/their own volition and consent.
c. shall abide by the terms and conditions of admission with CII and/or through their approved and authorized Learning Centre as
informed or modified from time to time.
d. shall abide by the fees schedule and the refund policy of CII.
e. understands that to complete the programme; passing of yearly/semester examinations, completing formative assessment, project
work & viva voce, attending & appearing for practical & trainings, internship and on job training, meeting the work-based skills
requirement is requisite and compulsory.
f. agrees to follow and abide to the attendance norms of CII & VET by EHL as framed from time to time & understands that failure to
have 80% of attendance every semester empowers CII & VET by EHL to debar the student from appearing in the semester, annual,
or any periodic assessment.
g. understands that if the student is absent without prior information for more than 15 days, he/she may be deemed to be expelled. The
decision of CII shall be final in this regard.
CII will have the right to admit and enrol only the eligible candidates as their students and will verify the documents as per their eligibility
criteria, before admitting the student in the opted course and while issuing the Enrolment Number.
refund of fees:
Fees once paid is non-refundable except only in the case where cancellation of admission is sought one week prior to the commencement
of the course then 50% of the fees paid is refundable. Thereafter, no refund shall be entertained or payable.
Cancellation of Application/ Offer of Enrolment/ Admission:
CII reserves its right to cancel the application; and/or withdraw any offer and/or enrolment; cancel the admission of a successful candidate
with immediate expulsion from the programme under any of the following circumstances:
a. In case the fee is not deposited by the stipulated date.
b. In case any student has provided false or misleading information.
c. In case the candidate fails to join a particular programme by the stipulated date, after the fee has been paid.
d. In case any student is found to be misbehaving or any other issue regarding discipline at any point of time.
e. In case any student is found having indulged, in ragging activities, admission shall be cancelled and shall be expelled from the
learning centre.
No fees shall be refunded in any of the above circumstances.
student responsibility
The students are required to –
a. present themselves as per the grooming standards of the learning centre.
b. bring their laptop/tablet along with dongle/ internet option for accessing the VET by EHL Learning Management System.
c. purchase the requisite sets of uniforms for the stream chosen through the approved vendor at an additional cost.
Right of Alteration/Modification:
To attain the objective of excellence of the VET by EHL and CII,
a. CII/ VET by EHL/ Learning Centre Management reserves its right to alter or modify subjects/curriculum of any of the programme.
b. CII/ VET by EHL reserves its right to change the fee structure.
c. CII reserves its right to modify, alter or include any other rules and regulations that may be deemed fit in the interest of the
programme.
d. CII and VET by EHL reserves its right to withdraw the course at any time due to the administrative or legislature reasons. CII shall not
be held responsible or liable for the consequences arising as a result of any actions/ inactions on the part of VET by EHL or Learning
Centre.

Jurisdiction of new Delhi courts:
Any dispute pertaining to admission or any matter as a student or alumnus of VET by EHL and CII shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
New Delhi.
Payment:
a. All Demand drafts/cheques be made in the name of Confederation of Indian Industry.
b. Any award of Certification will be subject to payment of fees & charges in full.
c. Any Govt. taxes or levies will be extra as applicable.
limitation clause:
a. No dispute shall be raised after the expiry of 30 days from the date on which the process of admission and for selection is completed.
b. All candidates shall be bound by the earlier-mentioned rules and regulation of CII and VET by EHL.
c. The Student and their Parents or Guardian agree that they have out of their own volition sought the admission in the programme as
offered by CII in academic alliance with VET by EHL and Learning Centre & have understood the nature of the course, curriculum,
accreditation and certification as offered by VET by EHL and CII through our Learning Centres under their academic alliance.
d. It is compulsory for the Student and Parent/ Guardian to mandatory fill and sign the Student Registration Form (SRF)
terms and conditions for Placements:
a. After the student successfully completes the programme, he will receive an internationally recognized Swiss Professional Diploma
from VET by EHL.
b. The student will have the opportunity to sit for interviews planned by the Learning Centre and ones coordinated by CII.
c. The interview opportunities shall be made available within 6 months of the student completing the programme successfully.
d. It is in the best interest of the student to prepare suitably during and after the programme completion to appear adequately for the
interviews.
e. The student has NO right to suggest his/ her preference of an employer or a category of employers. CII is under NO obligation to
meet the compensation or the employer choice/preference of location by the student.
I /we have read the Prospectus and accept the fees, payment plan & other terms of the admissions mentioned and annexed therein.
I/ we certify that all the information provided in this application is true, accurate & complete. I/ we understand that withholding information
or giving false information will invalidate my application and make me ineligible for admission to the Institute or disciplinary action
including expulsion if I have been admitted.
By signing this form, I authorize CII to share my personal information with VET by EHL for enrolment into relevant VET by EHL Certificate/
Diploma. I / We agree that I/ We have filled the Student Registration Form after going through the rules & regulations as mentioned herein
and have understood & accepted the same including the affiliation of CII with VET by EHL.
• NB: Your application may be cancelled if you do not provide true and complete information in connection with your application, or if you
make any changes to the above declaration and authority.
