GRADE XI PHYSICS AY 2024-25

PROJECTTOPICS:

1.DIV A- Roll no (1-20) : To verify Hook’s law and determine spring constant of
given spring.
Roll no (21-40): To determine the radius of gyration about the centre of mass of a
metre scale usedn as a bar pendulum.

2.DIV B-Roll no (1-20):ToTo investigate changes in velocity of body under the action
of a constant force and to determine its acceleration.
Roll no (21-40) : Find the weight of given body (wooden block) using parallelogram
law of vector addition.

3.DIV C Roll no (1-20): To conpare effectiveness of different materials as insulators


of heat.
Roll no (21-40) : To compare Toung's moduli of elasticity of different specimens of
rubber and compare them by drawing their elastic hysteresis curves.

4.DIV D-Roll no (1-20) : To study the collision of two balls in two dimnesions
Roll no (21-40) : To study simple harmonic motion of a spring.

5.DIV E-Roll no (1-20) :To study the effect of nature of surface on emiision and
absorption of radiation.
Roll no (21-38) : To study rotational motion of rigid body.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

● Division wise topics are given above. Strictly follow the same pattern
i.e. Topics allotted.
● The format of writing any experiment in the projects should include
Name of the student, certificate, Acknowledgement, Index, Aim,
apparatus required, theory, procedure, Tests, related practical skills,

● Project should not be similar. In case any copy paste happens, it will
