Shipping Terms Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of orderingmany on the same day. WITHIN New York State We gladly offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 per New York State shipping address. For all other orders, shipping is $15.95 per New York State shipping address. Blue Ribbon Delivery Service to Your Summer Home From May 1st through September 4th, we offer special Blue Ribbon Delivery Service to the following areas. Orders are accepted until 3pm the day before delivery. Westchester: Mondays & Thursdays. On orders of 2 cases or more, or over $150. Nassau: Tuesdays & Fridays. On orders of 2 cases or more, or over $150. The Hamptons, Northfolk & Fire Island: Saturdays. On orders of 3 cases or more, or over $195. Delivery area from Bay Shore to Montauk Point, from Baiting Hollow to Orient Point and to Fire Island. When ordering, please specify BLUE RIBBON SERVICE in the Special Instructions box when you check out. Orders below the minimum will be delivered via common carrier, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

If your shipment is returned to Zachys, an additional shipping charge may be applicable to re-ship your order.*

1.5% of the total purchase price will automatically be added to your order to cover any breakage or loss that may occur. In the case that you receive damaged merchandise, you must inform Zachys of any broken or damaged bottles within two days of delivery. A call tag will be issued to pick this up at a chosen location and once the merchandise is returned to Zachys, a new shipment will be sent out. If you would like to decline this coverage please uncheck the acceptance box on the shipping form. By waiving the guarantee you relinquish Zachys of any and all responsibility of breakage or loss that may occur to your order. You may elect to have the original wood case shipped (if applicable) by noting this in "Special Instructions" upon submission of your order. This is a supplemental charge of $10 per case to ship via Ground service. Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be conrmed with you when your order is placed. ' -Ordering Please Note - The time it takes to pull, assemble and process a typical order is approximately 3-5 business days prior to shipping. If your order is "Time Sensitive", please enter a note in "Special Instructions" upon submission of your order or contact us 1-800-723-0241. Older vintages, ne and rare wine availability in many cases is extremely limited. We will do our best to ll your order but can not be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time. To maintain a high level of customer service, Zachys requires a minimum order of $100.00 to be shipped to a single location. All orders will be acknowledged via email once they have been submitted. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for your order to be pulled, processed and assembled for shipping. In some cases, when the inventory of an item is listed as "Limited Quantity Available" (click here to see what we're talking about), there may be a delay while we will double check our stock and check with the distributor in order to locate additional inventory. Rule 2: If the item is one that we no longer carry or a past vintage (unless it has changed within the last month) we cannot accept the item for credit. Rule 3: If the receipt provided is more than 6 months old we cannot accept the wine for credit. Rule 4: If an item is returned with no receipt, an in house credit will be issued toward another purchase within the same year.
