Major Works taken up
New 315kW VFD was commissioned including laying , connection of newly laid control
wirings.
OLTC flashover on 6th december . Trf kept under shutdown. Spares were ordered on
emergency basis, same received In the 3rd week. Two service person from CTR reached site on
31st. Assembled the spare part in the OLTC .

OLTC Oil drained and approximately 6 barrel new oil is filled after filtration. The work is taken
up as the OLTC operation was done for more than 5000 operations.
General overhauling work done. One barrel oil was topped up to Transformer main tank.
Protection functions checked and found ok.

6.6kV MOCB "B" pole oil leakage arrested


Conveyor gallery lighting- 10 no 70 W sodium fittings 20 W LED fittings- Energy Consevation
measures.
New 90kW motor installed and connection done
CCRD MPCB were tripping frequesntly. Checked and insulated the flat cable properly at some
places. Trip setting of MPCB also increased.
Power supply was provided to 15KW Toyo pump near slurry tank.
Incomer breaker "R" ph pole bottom side oil leakage problem attended. 2 nos of "O" rings
replaced. OIL is replaced in all the 3 poles.

Crane was frequently tripping. Cleaned entire busbar. Replaced the current collector.

LT breaker changed in place of faulty breaker


Serviced 3 nos of vaccume contactor as it was continuously tripping in single phase . Replaced
the bottles and spare parts, made ready.
UPS power supply is provided to CMD chamber and GM room at admin building
Both NDE and DE side greasing done.
Overhauling of CCRD motor, welding machine done
CB 10 HT breaker maintanance done. Operation checked. Intertriping of CB1 is also checked in
CB 10.

HT motors ( PH7/8, CA 04, CA 21, CA 22, CA 7, CB 95, PH 13/4, PH 15/16, PH 17/18) along with cable IR value checked
Preventive maintanance done. primaary and secondary side checked no oil leakage found. Primary and secondary IR
values noted found good
HT motors IR value checked along with cable
O/G cable IR value checked. Motor IR value also checked found OK.
A new O/L relay calibrated and replaced in the panel
spare Multiline relay programmed aand tested found Ok, replaced in the panel
TR 1,2, 3 main tank , OLTC oil sample collected and tested BDV
