BREAKFAST (8:30 AM- 9:00 AM): -


(4)Idli with Sambhar & Chutney / 1 Bowl Sama Rice or Mordhan with Mixed
Vegetable/ 2 Dosa with Sambhar & Chutney / Grilled Brown Bread / Mushroom
Paratha / Paneer Stuffed Moong Dal Chila.
Non Veg: - Omllete /Chicken Keema Paratha

1 Glass Milk (Low fat) Everyday

MIDDAY MEAL (11:00 AM): -


Avocado /Nuts / 2 Boiled Egg /Boiled Green Sprouts / Dry Fruits (4-5 Piece Each
Raisin, Cashew, Almonds, Pistachio)

1 Fruit (Banana/ Orange/ Mousambi/ Grape/ Lemon/ Strawberry/ Blueberry/
Blackberry/ Cranberry/ Cherries/ Papaya/ Avocado/ Guava)
Lunch (1:30 PM- 2:00 PM): -

 1 Cup Pulse (Moong/ Mixed Dal/ Sambhar)


 2 Multigrain Wheat Roti
 1 Cup Pulao /Rice /Khichadi
 1 Bowl Vegetable – Bhindi, Aloo, Carrot, Rajma, Paneer Sabji, Ivy Gourd,
Mushroom, Soyabean, Beans, Arbi Sabji.
Non-Veg: - Fish (Sardine/ Salmon/ Tuna), Egg Curry
 1 Bowl Low Fat Curd/ 1 Glass Butter Milk
 Salad – Tomato

EVENING (4:00 PM): -


1 Vegetable Soup (Tomato, Mushroom, Soya, Sweetcorn)
1 Bowl- Roasted Chana/ Bhel/ Poha/ 4 Multigrain Biscuit

1 Tea / ½ Cup Milk/ 1 Cup Green Tea

DINNER (7:30 PM-8:00 PM): -


1 – ½ Cup Rice
1 – 2 Roti (Wheat/ Multigrain)
1 Bowl Sabji (Ivy Gourd/ Tinda/ Lauki/ Beetroot Sabji/ Raw Banana Soya Curry/
Snake Gourd.
