I. Project Title

Development and Implementation of the San Jose National High School Student
Handbook

II. Rationale

The Student Handbook is an essential tool that provides clear guidelines and expectations for
student behavior, academic standards, and overall school policies. By developing a
comprehensive handbook, San Jose National High School aims to establish a cohesive
environment that promotes discipline, fosters academic integrity, and encourages personal
responsibility among students. This handbook will serve as a valuable resource, ensuring that
students, parents, and staff have a shared understanding of the school’s rules and regulations.

III. Objectives

The objectives of the Student Handbook are as follows:

1. To define and communicate school policies on behavior, attendance, academic


expectations, dress code, and other school-related matters.
2. To promote a safe and respectful learning environment through a consistent
application of rules.
3. To enhance awareness among students and parents about their roles,
responsibilities, and rights within the school community.
4. To reduce disciplinary issues by providing clear and consistent guidelines that align
