CONTRACT FOR DOMINATION AND SUBMISSION
This Contract is made and entered into on this day the_______ day of _______ in the year of our Lord.

WHEREAS the Dominant desires to Dominate the Submissive;
WHEREAS the Submissive desires to submit to the Dominant;
WHEREAS the parties desire to outline the terms of their power exchange relationship;
WHEREAS the parties desire to include certain terms and conditions to govern their relationship; and
WHEREAS the parties desire to make their relationship bonded upon them by this Contract.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
SECTION ONE.
ARTICLE I: RELATIONSHIP
1.1 The parties acknowledge that their relationship is a consensual power exchange relationship,
and that the Dominant desires to exercise control over the Submissive.
1.2 The parties acknowledge that the Submissive desires to submit to the Dominant and to
surrender control of their own life to the Dominant.
1.3 The parties acknowledge that their relationship is based upon mutual respect, trust,
communication, and the willingness to explore each other's desires and limits.
ARTICLE II: SERVICES OF SUBMISSION
2.1 The slave must worship the Mistress at least 40min morning and evening every day or 90min
morning with 10min break between each 40min sessions. During the worship session the slave
must stay on his knees and naked throughout.
2.2 The slave should always set own goal to make Mistress more powerful, and wealthy whenever
there is an opportunity to achieve it.
2.3 The slave must wear permanently chastity cage. The slave would get 24-hour freedom when
slave completes the weekly tribute without any penalties. Each penalty would reduce the
freedom hour by an hour each day delay. During the freedom hours, the slave can free from
chastity cage and can-do anything slave feel to do so including he can get orgasms without the
Mistress permission. Addition, as long as the slave maintains good behavior the slave can have
half an hour break to do anything each day if the slave did not break any rules on previous
week.
ARTICLE III: DUTIES OF SUBMISSION
3.1 Above all, the primary duty of the slave is to please.
Personal Duties: Attend to the physical and emotional needs of MISTRESS, The remains the
MISTRESS sexual plaything, offer physical comfort, act in obedience, remain honest and loyal.
Tasks may be added at any time.
General Behavior
3.2 The Submissive agrees to submit to the Dominant and to surrender control of their own life to
the Dominant.
3.3 The Submissive agrees to obey the Dominant and to perform any tasks assigned to them by the
Dominant.

3.5 The slave shall set the tribute day and time in a week and commit to tribute Mistress within that
day with a minimum of 35 per week (after any fees and charges) via Crypto, PayPal or Apple gift
card.
Note: Any delays to the compulsory tribute would trigger financial penalties, which 10% is
added to each day delay.
3.6 Attitude: The slave must show attitude of respect at all times. Disrespect is a serious offense and
will be punished.
Respect includes: manner of speech, promptness, kneeling to serve (when able), proper
answers, obedience, and wholehearted honesty.
Respect and obedience are the two most valuable aspects of attitude that the slave show at all
times. Failure to do so will be punished. Behavior in Private
ARTICLE IV: PUNISHMENT
4.1 Punishment will be given for the following offenses:
a) Cockiness/rudeness
b) Disobedience
c) Incorrectly addressing Mistress
d) Failing to properly serve
e) Achieving orgasm without consent.
Any other punishable offense as dictated
Forms of Punishment
4.2 Punishments can include: spanking, nipple pinching, cropping, hair pulling, withholding of
orgasm, caning, any other punishment as he sees fit.
4.3 Punishments are intended as full and complete penance for offenses. Punishments should
always fit the crime, and would be executed with full understanding that once over, the issue is
over.
4.4 The Dominant reserves the right to punish the Submissive for disobedience or other infractions.
4.5 The Dominant agrees to use punishment as a means of correction and training, and not as a
means of revenge or harassment.
4.6 The Submissive agrees to accept punishment as a necessary part of their submission and to
respond to punishment with obedience and humility.
ARTICLE V: LIMITS OF POWER EXCHANGE
5.1 The parties agree that the power exchange relationship is consensual and that either party may
withdraw their consent at any time.
5.2 The parties agree to communicate openly and honestly with each other about their limits and
desires.
5.3 The parties agree that the power exchange relationship may be modified or terminated by
mutual agreement.
ARTICLE VI: DURATION OF CONTRACT
6.1 This Contract shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
6.2 Either party may terminate this Contract by providing written notice to the other party.
6.3 Upon termination of this Contract, the parties agree to provide each other with a full accounting
of their assets and liabilities.
ARTICLE VII: GOVERNING LAW
7.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the ________
United States of America
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved through mediation and
arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
ARTICLE VIII: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
8.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
negotiations, understandings and agreements between the parties.
ARTICLE IX: AMENDMENTS
9.1 This Contract may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
