Welcome to the new Academic Year 2024-25!

Greetings from St. Paul’s English School!


We hope you had a wonderful summer filled with memorable moments. As we embark
on this new academic journey, we are excited to continue our partnership with you to
support our students in reaching their fullest potential.

To all our new students and their parents, we extend a heartfelt welcome to the
Presidency family. We are thrilled to have you join our community and are confident
that you will find our school to be a welcoming and nurturing environment. With a
vibrant atmosphere that fosters learning and growth, we provide an enriching
experience for each student.

We wish to congratulate our Grade X/XII batch of 2023-24 for an outstanding


performance at the Board Examinations 2023-24. Congratulations to all our Students,
Parents, and Teachers for this remarkable achievement! As we continue our journey
towards holistic education, we are counting on the steadfast support of our parents.
Your role in shaping the holistic personality of our students is invaluable, and we
deeply appreciate your commitment to their growth and development.

School Uniform
As part of our commitment to instilling discipline and fostering a sense of unity within
our school community we would like to kindly remind you that students are expected
to be in their complete school uniform from the reopening day itself.

However, if your child encounters any difficulties regarding their school uniform, please
do not hesitate to contact Ms. Susan Varghese - 8553869741.

Student norms and guidelines are clearly mentioned in the student handbook. The
same will be oriented in the parent orientation. High School and Higher Secondary
students are required to read the Student Policy document and adhere to it. Failing to
adhere to the same will invite disciplinary action.

Students will have to wear regular uniform on all days except on days they have PE.
Students have to wear the sports uniform on days they have the PE Period. School
blazers are compulsory for students from Grades 9 to 12 when they come in regular
school uniform, Students are expected to wear the complete school uniform on
all PTM days and whenever they are required to visit the school.

Student Handbook: The Student Handbook is likely to be delivered by the first week
of June. Please remember to fill in the personal information form in the handbook

submitted to the class teacher well before deadline. This information is essential for
our records and helps us ensure accurate communication throughout the academic
year.

Communication Channel: We would like to inform you of an important change


regarding our communication platform. Moving forward, Edunext will serve as our
primary mode of communication. Therefore, we urge all parents to regularly check the
Edunext portal for updates, announcements, and important information pertaining to
the school. While Edunext will be our main platform for school-related communications
in future.

Transport & Route Information:
As previously communicated, we have recently made a change in our transport
vendor. We have forwarded the temporary route details through Edunext.

We kindly request all parents to check their ward's route details on Edunext. Should
you require any clarification or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at
Mr. Ramaswamy – 9353095222 and Ms. Gayathri – 8792953188.

As we prepare for the arrival of Primary and Middle grades on May 27th, 2024 we aim
to have the final route list solidified by that time. We are working towards having the
final transport route-wise data by end of May.

With this transition to a new transport system, we anticipate that certain challenges
and adjustments may arise. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to
addressing any operational hurdles that may surface. We pledge to do everything
within our ability to accommodate your requests and concerns to the best of our ability.

We also want to remind parents to carefully read the previous circular containing the
policies, rules, and regulations governing transportation. Your adherence to these
guidelines is essential for ensuring the smooth operation, safety and well-being of all
students.

As per the direction of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways the children are
required to wear a crash helmet and a safety harness when they are pillion riding on
a two wheeler on their way to school.

Fees Information:
This is a gentle reminder that the due date for the School Fee (I Instalment) and the
full year fee payment discount of Rs. 7,500/- is May 20th, 2024. Please ignore this
reminder if already paid.

There will be no extension on the deadline for the full fee payment discount. Further
to avoid any late payment charges, kindly ensure that the payment is made on or
before this date. Late fees will apply to payments made beyond the deadline.

We are thrilled to share that the Academic Year 2023-24 was marked by numerous
