Do  not  use  full  stops  in  abbreviations.  Separate  citations   Do  not  use  superscript  for  dates  and  editions  (2nd,  not  
with  a  semi-­‐colon.  Close  footnotes  with  a  full  stop.   2nd).  
Cases Books
Give  the  party  names,  followed  by  the  neutral  citation,   Give  the  author’s  name  in  the  same  form  as  in  the  
followed  by  the  Irish  Reports  citation.  If  there  is  no  neutral   publication,  except  in  bibliographies,  where  you  should
