Module 3

The Human Code

Unified Integrative
Medicine
Introduction
Welcome to the Human Code module, which is the third level of Unified Integrative Medicine
teaching. We have learned the unified integrative theory through the seven principles; the
connection between mental crisis and physical illness; how the soul affects the mind and body;
and how one can develop and learn from crisis. We can now move on to cover diagnosis and
communication through the personal human code of each and every person.

Through the Human Code analysis, we will learn how to diagnose each person by their facial and
physical features, and determine their character traits. This helps us to optimally communicate
with them, and identify current and potential mental crises and future diseases.

The purpose of this booklet is to review the main points of the past material from module
one and module two, in context of the Human Code, in order to facilitate and enhance the
understanding of the Human Code course material using examples from the world of science
and humanities.

Enjoy!

The Human Code 2

Why is it important to become acquainted with the Human Code?
• Having knowledge of the Human Code will support each person in realizing their abilities
and talents, planning their future and knowing their true destiny. Familiarization with the Human
code will enable us to understand the nature, capabilities and limitations of people around us.
• This knowledge helps us to accept others without wanting to change them.
• This knowledge helps us to recognize a person’s talents and potential. This can be used to
assist with expectation setting and recognition of life’s path in accordance with their Human
Code characteristics.

Personality
Personality is connected to the human soul, and is the aggregate of all mental characteristics
and manners of behavior that define a person’s core being. When using the term “personality”
we do not mean character.
Personality exists only in humans, while character can exist in animals.
In personality we identify three aspects that are associated with the human soul: consciousness,
face and will.
• Consciousness - the role of consciousness is to understand, define and separate the self from
its environment. Another role of consciousness is awareness. In the absence of consciousness,
a person loses awareness, as in fainting or sleeping.
• Will - a person’s ability to set in motion an action or cause a thought to arise, in order to
achieve a certain goal.
• The face - a person’s face reflects their mood and emotional state.

Character
Character is the reflection of the interaction between the three parts of the soul:
• The animal soul is responsible for how we receive and sense, move, work, make love, struggle
and suffer. The positive aspects, which produce expansion and opening, and the negative
aspects, which produce contraction and closure, are the mechanisms that form the character
associated with the animal soul.
• The human soul is responsible for the way we think, contemplate, love, and our internal need
to help others. The human soul will determine how we cope with difficulties and crises on the
road to achieving our destiny.
• The guiding spirit is associated with our connection to our intuition, creativity and resilience,
also when coping with crises and difficulties.

A balance of the three parts of the soul develops a healthy character. Only when achieving
balance can one benefit from the attributes of the animal soul, to preserve the flow of energy
in the physical body, and thus to enable the human soul to continue its process of learning,
development and advancement towards the light. The guiding spirit provides the innovations,
creative thinking and changes that prevent stagnation and enables the human soul to grow and
develop.

Attitude
Attitude is a person’s natural ability to withstand the events they encounter in life and cope
with them appropriately and spontaneously. The attitude a person develops depends on the
connection between their personality and character, and on their personal-physical attributes,
psychosomatics, inherent and hereditary characteristics. The attitude can be either negative or
positive, depending on the person, location, issue at hand or event.

Temperament
The term temperament originates from Latin and talks of merging substances. In Unified
Integrative Medicine the temperament type assists with diagnosis and communication because
it merges the emotional regulation and reactivity that form the basic components of one’s
personality, which is their temperament.

The Human Code 4

The Universal Code
All the phenomena that exist in the natural world can be defined in terms of polarity – positive
and negative. Each system has two poles, and each pole is constructed of three vortices (each
vortex can be either positive or negative). A distinct positive pole has three positive vortices, and
a distinct negative pole has three negative vortices. However, there are various combinations of
polarities in nature, which are considered intermediate states between the distinct positive and
the distinct negative. Adding up all the possible combinations will yield 8 different combinations
for each pole (blue vortex – positive, red vortex – negative):

Each bipolar system is constructed of six vortices. The possible combinations of the two poles
produces 64 possibilities:

These are 64 of the options that construct the universal code. Each quantum system can be
found in one of the 64 options. Whether they are a cell in a body or a galaxy, a material or an
energetic system; whether they occur in plants, in animals or in humans – they are all influenced
by the same principles and behave according to the same code: The Universal Code.

The Human Code 5

The Code of the Animal Soul: The Six Signs
• Each code has six signs – marked with either a ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ sign – representing a
specific characteristic and quality.
• The first two signs of the code represent a person’s sexual polarity, which is determined by two
features in their physical body and two features in their face.
• The remaining four signs of the code represent the person’s element type which is identified
as it is reflected in their physical appearance. When a certain element (Fire, Air, Water, and
Earth) is present in their biological structure it is marked as positive, and when absent, it is
marked as negative).

North Pole - represents the polarity located in the chest.

Generally, the man will have a negative (-) feminine
polarity, and the woman will have a positive (+) masculine
polarity. If a man has masculine polarity instead of a
feminine one, he will have an excess of male energy. If
a woman has feminine polarity instead of masculine, she
will have an excess of female energy.
South Pole - represents the polarity located in the base.
Usually, in the man it has a positive masculine polarity (+)
and in the woman a negative feminine polarity (-).

The Expression of the Poles in the Face and Body

As stated above, the first two signs of the code represent a person’s sexual polarity, which is
determined by two elements in their face and two elements in their physical body:
• The hair - to determine the polarity of the first sign, we observe the hair: In a woman – if it is
short or long; in a man – the presence or absence of hair (baldness).
• The eyebrows - we observe the space between the eyes and the eyebrows.
• The pelvis - in a woman, whether the pelvis is narrow or wide.
• The chest - in a woman, whether the breasts are large or small, and also the muscle structure.

Feminine Energy
• Feminine energy is expressed by a wide, watery, peripheral, large, light and deep build.
• From a functional viewpoint, a person with feminine energy is passive, light, calm, slow, pleasant,
receptive, conservative, traditional, unifying, connecting, building, organizing, connected to the
past – similarly to an animal that prefers remaining in its own territory and protecting its young.
They feel protected without needing to be constantly on the defense.
• They are sensitive to the external environment and their physical build is relatively weak.
• From a physical standpoint, feminine energy is expressed in a wide, curvaceous build with thick
but weak muscles. The hair is usually thick and long, the face and cheeks full, and the lips
plump.
• In terms of character, those with feminine energy are open, tolerant, pleasant, generous and
love social settings.
• Those with excessive feminine energy have weak self control and love to eat and drink. They
are connected to matter and open to the pleasures of life.
• From an intellectual perspective, openness to the external environment leads to the development
of the external facet at the expense of their inner world. They are realistic, sensuous, feel a need
to see, sense, taste and touch, to experience reality directly.

Masculine energy
• Masculine energy is represented by a strong, short, contracted, closed, short and heavy build.
• From a functional viewpoint, masculine energy is active, quick, transmissive, continuous,
rising, impulsive, warm, penetrating, light, logical, causes resistance to the environment and is
connected to the future. Similarly to an animal out to hunt, it is contracted, ready to attack its
prey, focused on its target and ignores all external stimuli.
• Those having masculine energy have greater resistance to external change, and therefore to
diseases and epidemics.
• The physical build of those with excessive masculine energy is contracted, rigid, thin with
strong muscles, with a serious and contracted facial expression that expresses concentration.
• Persons with excessive masculine energy are emotionally restrained and introverted, jealous,
arrogant and especially critical. They have a natural tendency to blame others and emphasize
the mistakes of others.
• Intellectually, they are curious and want to acquire knowledge. They tend to contemplate, are
logical, and measure everything by rational criteria.

Each substance in the physical world, including our physical body, originates in the four elements
– Fire, Air, Water and Earth. These elements represent the four states, or four qualities of energy
that we receive and experience during the course of our physical, emotional and spiritual lives.
In fact, this is the same energy that reveals itself to us in its various phases, with each phase
differing from the other in its frequency, which ascends and descends, starting from the Fire
frequency, and continuing with the air frequency, the water frequency and the earth frequency.

If we implement the model of the four phases of life on the various energy forms, we will find that
Fire energy causes stimulation, Air energy causes expansion, Water energy causes contraction
and withdrawal, and Earth energy is stable and balanced – and is therefore suitable for the
relaxation phase.

The four elements express a bipolar state: Fire and Air belong to the positive masculine magnetic
pole – which gives, while Water and Earth belong to the negative female magnetic pole, which
receives.
Each of these elements has specific traits, which influence the body and soul and determine the
person’s attributes as they relate to the body, soul and mind. The differences between people
originate in a polar state, on the one hand, and in different concentrations of the four elements,
on the other hand.

The four types of energy active in the human body

(according to the four life phases)
• Stimulation - biothermal energy (the Fire element) – the energy that warms and maintains the
body’s temperature constant.
• Expansion - bioelectric energy (the Air element) – the energy of the electric activity required
for biological processes and for preserving balance and harmony in the body.
• Contraction - biochemical energy (the Water element) – the activity of the biological molecules
(carbohydrates, proteins, lipids) and their interactions.
• Relaxation - biomechanical energy (the Earth element) – the energy required for the balancing
and coordinating systems – the sensory, skeletal and muscular, heart-lung and nervous systems.
For example, the energy that enables us to invest physical effort.

The Human Code 14

11 Keys to the Subconscious (derived from the 64 codes)
The key of the subconscious is the expression of the inner force which was created as the sum of
all elements which are presented in the individual’s human code.
An individual's subconscious temperament is divided into 3 parts, sexuality, structure and
stimulation. We can identify each part via indications in their physical appearance.
In Unified Integrative Medicine we represent this in a geometric form (bar, circle, triangle). The
combinations provide 11 Keys to the Subconscious which represents 11 energy dimensions of
the subconscious which impact the physical dimension.

Feminine Balanced Masculine

To find the key to a person’s subconscious and temperament, we divide the animal soul code by
sexuality, stimulation and structure:
• Sexuality - a person’s polarity determines their sexual behavior and sexual attraction, based
on the principle “opposites attract.” Consider the magnet principle.

• Stimulation - determined according to the polarity of the elements. The polarity of Fire and
Air is masculine (ascending), while the polarity of Water and Earth is feminine (descending).
This key indicates how a person will respond to external stimuli.

• Structure - the entirety of the polarity and the attributes that are determined by the
elements. A person’s type of structure determines the key which represents the basic
personal characteristics, and therefore personality and the way they act.

• A person with a bar sexual key - has excessive masculine energy, is an analytical thinker,
objective and skeptical. Has a tendency toward the materialistic, is organized, has fixed ideas,
is often jealous, and is attracted to a person with a triangle key (feminine).

• A person with a triangle sexual key - has excessive feminine energy, is an intuitive thinker, is
sensitive and quick to change their opinion, often illogically. Is drawn to the arts, their
behavior is defensive, motherly, and is often controlled by a sense of guilt. Is attracted to a
person with a bar (masculine) key.

• A person with a circle sexual key - has balanced energy, is a logical, intuitive, sensitive and
rational thinker. Their behavior is advisory, smart. Loves to give advice without giving orders,
and is not passive. Is attracted to a person with a circle key (balanced).

The Human Code 16

The Stimulation Key
The Stimulation Key identifies how the person reacts to external stimulation, and the impression
that is created due to those simulations. The stimulation is determined by the polarity within
their human code.
• Fire and Air - masculine vortex. When the element is present in the person, the given sign
is plus (+) and the arrow points upward.
• Water and Earth - feminine vortex. When the element is present in the person, the given
sign is plus (+) and the arrow points downward.
• When the element is not present in the person the sign is minus (-) and the arrow is not shown.
• If there are more upward pointing arrows in the elements, the key will be a bar.
• If there are more downward pointing arrows in the elements, the key will be a triangle.

The Human Code 17

• A person with a bar stimulation key has a masculine polarity, and is best stimulated by a
decisive, assertive, self-confident and precise person who is capable of guiding them, and even
instructing them what to do, and what not to do. This enables them to realize their personal
aspirations and optimize their performance. (The masculine polarity responds well to the pointed
finger/hand (shaped like a bar), when conversing or making a point with them).
• A person with a triangle stimulation key has a feminine polarity, and will be stimulated by
emotional gestures. They value a loving, embracing, motherly bond that bestows emotional
warmth. Therefore, they are attracted to more passive individuals who tend to need help. An
individual whose symbol is a triangle will best respond to connecting to their emotions and
allowing them to feel free to make their own decision through guidance and self discovery
rather than giving them instructions.
• A person with a circle stimulation key has a balanced, masculine/feminine polarity and is
attracted to neutral situations, and to people who know how to provide sensible suggestions
on what to do (as opposed to those telling them what to do). A person with a circle stimulation
key does not tolerate people with a condescending tone and who give instructions. They also
do not tolerate passive people.

The Structure Key – is determined by the number of arrows pointing upward and
downward in the poles and in the elements together:
• If there are more arrows pointing upward, the key will be a bar.
• If there are more arrows pointing downward, the key will be a triangle.
• If the number of arrows pointing upward is equal to the number of arrows pointing downward,
the key will be a circle.

• A person with a bar structure key - has typical masculine energy which is expressed in a solid,
short, strong, concentrated, rigid, straight and active body. Their gaze is closed and their body
shielded, to reduce undesired interaction with the environment.
• A person with a triangle structure key - has typical feminine energy which is expressed in a
broad body, a flaccid and non-defensive build, the face is round and fleshy. From a psychological
viewpoint, this person will be calm, open, enveloping and protective.
• A person with a circle structure key - has a balance between the two energies, masculine and
feminine, providing a good ability to adapt themselves to environmental changes. This person
is ethical, and their build can be expanded or contracted, depending on the polarity and the
elements.

It is important to pay attention to the fact that there are degrees of masculine and feminine energies
in this structure, as well as specific traits that are associated with the elements of the person’s code,
which affect the structure’s essence.

Based on the 11 keys of the subconscious, people can be classified into nine different kinds
of temperaments by removing the top symbol (the sexuality key) from the 11 keys of the
subconscious.
• Upper symbol – the structure
• Bottom symbol – the stimulation

Calculating the Codes of the Energy Centers - Chakras
An understanding and application of the Human Code to the chakras and meridians assists with
the interpretation, diagnosis and communication of conditions of an individual and their energy
centers. This assists us in understanding how they, and their body will respond to aspects within
the cycle of life.
Remember, the animal soul is made of an electromagnetic field that is constructed of poles, with
three vortices in the north pole and three vortices in the south pole: six vortices in total.
Energy is transferred from top to bottom and from bottom to top – it is always in motion.
The movement is the natural passage of the energy between the poles – once masculine and
once feminine. When the energy passes through the vortex its polarity changes to the opposite
of its original polarity.
For example: if the energy passes through the feminine, negative (-) pole, it will become
masculine, positive (+), and vice versa.
Polarity that reaches its peak becomes the opposite polarity. Therefore, we begin at the base
chakra and as the energy moves through the cycle the +/-ve sign at the very bottom will flip its
polarity, but will not change the other signs. This then may provide a different temperament for
that chakra.
The energy that ascends will again change in the next, which is the second from bottom sign, but
the other signs will return to their original state, and so on.

Please see the example below (the change in signs is indicated in purple).

To check whether this is correct, if we continue the table, “the eighth code” will be identical to
the first code.
The first code from left to right that will appear in the table will be the one representing the first
energy center – matter – since the physical body is matter.
Upon the conclusion of all this, we arrive at the keys and temperaments of each of the energy
centers.
We will be able to arrive at a key to a person’s behavior in each aspect of their life – we are
presented with a clear indication of how they will react, be stimulated and behave according to
the challenges faced in the various aspects of life.

We thus have additional, complete information on a person’s behavior in a variety of areas. This results in us being expressed differently
in the various aspects of life.
• The fourth energy center, the family aspect: The Romantic type. A loving, embracing parent that wants to protect the weak. The same
applies to the professional plane (fifth energy center).
• From a sexual viewpoint (second energy center): The temperament changes to Diplomat - Feminine, but stimulated by a strong masculine
type (stimulated by a bar).
• The seventh energy center reflects this type’s connection with God and is fulfilled through investigation and curiosity: The Researcher
type temperament reflects that they are curious and want to know.
For each temperament type the polarity change for each chakra reflects the different responses to the aspects of life.

Calculating the Codes of the Energy Channels - Meridians

According to Chinese medicine, energetic activity within each organ occurs within a 2 hour
timeframe. Every two hours, activity passes from one meridian to the other during which phase, the
polarity changes. To calculate the codes of the meridians we use the meridians’ clock – as shown
in the image below.
For example, between 17:00 and 19:00 – kidneys; between 19:00 and 21:00 – pericardium, and so
on.
We will begin with the kidneys, as they are connected to matter, and proceed clockwise from there.
We will use the person’s human code (a reflection of the animal soul), which we have identified
according to the facial features, into the kidneys column. The first meridian will be the kidneys, the
second will be the pericardium, the third – the triple warmer, and so on according to the Chinese
Medicine clock. The order of the meridians is presented in full in the table below, from right to left.

The Human Code 28

Calculating the meridian layout table
Crisis enables the human soul to undergo a process of learning. The soul has chosen the specific
body in order to present it with difficulty and crisis in order to release the burden with which
it entered the world. Identifying predetermined and potential crisis enables the practitioner to
support healing through learning.

In order to define the temperament of each meridian we use the individual’s human code (a
reflection of the animal soul) to determine the energy of the meridians. The first meridian, used
as the base, is the kidney channel and then as the polarity changes for each organ around the
chinese meridian clock, it changes the polarity of the next meridians.

The movement is the natural passage of the energy around the meridians. When the energy
passes through the vortex its polarity changes to the opposite of its original polarity.

For example: if the energy passes through the feminine, negative (-) meridians, it will become
masculine, positive (+), and vice versa.
Polarity that reaches its peak becomes the opposite polarity. Therefore, we begin at the kidney
meridian as this represents matter, and as the energy moves through the cycle the +/- sign at
the very bottom will flip its polarity, and this will remain during the cycle. This then provides a
different temperament for the meridians.
The energy that ascends will again change in the next meridian (for following 11 meridians), until
the kidney meridian is reached again. It is always the same, as it is the base.

Please see the example below (the change in signs is indicated in purple).
Note: with the Meridian polarity, the change of sign remains across the clock cycle, which is
different from the Chakra polarity example above, which reverts for each chakra.
The change is a horizontal change, representing Earth’s rotation on its axis in 24 hours. The
polarity that undergoes change here is the polarity of time.

To verify that the calculation is correct, if we continue the table, “the 13th code” will be identical
to the first code Kidney meridian.

The Human Code 29

Example 1: The Altruist Human Code (inserted into the kidney meridian)

The Human Code 30

Seventh Gall Large Small
Meridian Kidneys Pericardium Liver Lungs Stomach Spleen Heart Bladder
warmer bladder intestine intestine
North pole - - - - - - + + + + + +
South pole - - - - - + + + + + + -
Fire + + + + - - - - - - + +
Air + + + - - - - - - + + +
Water + + - - - - - - + + + +
Earth + - - - - - - + + + + +
Structure key
Start at the base, and next change the polarity of the bottom sign (Pericardium), and leave all other signs as they were in the first column. In
the next meridian (Seventh warmer), change the polarity of the second sign. The Earth sign will stay as the pericardium sign. Then, in the next
meridian (Gallbladder) change the polarity of the third sign from the bottom, without changing the earth and water sign, and so on.
Thus, for example, in the transition from the large intestine meridian to the stomach meridian: The bottom sign of the stomach will change, so
on and so forth (see the example in the table below; the change is indicated in purple).
Interpretation
In the example, we can see that there are three “empty” codes: The liver, lungs and large intestine,
these have a predominant minus energy, which indicates the individual has had experiences that
have drained that energy and left them susceptible to lessons governed by these meridians.
For example, we could have anticipated from the outset that the person with the original code
had experienced a crisis resulting from a lack of parental love (liver) and an abandonment crisis
(lungs), and had also suffered from criticism and excess censure (large intestine).
One can also know how such a type will react, for example, when faced with unanticipated and
unprocessed events: The stomach is the organ that digests, or processes events. When faced with
unanticipated events, this type will react with a masculine behavior (The Boss), and will demand
answers – why did this happen?.
If he were a Romantic type in the stomach meridian, he would have withdrawn inwards.
To a crisis of separation from a person dear to them, this type would react in a masculine manner
and behavior (The Boss). Therefore, although the experience is emotional, this type would use
their rationale to make sense of the separation. Their suffering would be controlled suffering.
Please note: When spreading out the meridians, you will not always find empty codes.

The Human Code 31

Example 2: The Romantic Human Code (inserted into the kidney meridian)

The Human Code 32

Seventh Gall Large Small
Meridian Kidneys Pericardium Liver Lungs Stomach Spleen Heart Bladder
warmer bladder intestine intestine
North pole - - - - - - + + + + + +
South pole - - - - - + + + + + + -
Fire - - - - + + + + + + - -
Air + + + - - - - - - + + +
Water + + - - - - - - + + + +
Earth + - - - - - - + + + + +
Structure key
In this example we can see that the organ with the tendency for crises according to the code is the gallbladder; therefore, we can expect that
the crisis with the greatest challenge that this person will face will revolve around their anger toward others.
SUMMARY
Reading the booklet and completing the Human Code module are significant to understanding
the source of an individual’s character and life purpose. It is a primary diagnostic tool that can be
implemented in the treatment process, and in personal connections and relationships.
We recommend practicing extensively, delving deeper into the parts that you find less clear or
more interesting, as appropriate on your journey.
Love is the way. Happiness is the sign. and light is the goal.

Enjoy!
