Title: “India Through Time: A Journey of Triumph”
(The stage is bathed in soft white lights, creating an atmosphere of purity
and reflection. The backdrop is simple but evocative of India's spiritual and
cultural richness. Gentle instrumental music, like a sitar or flute, plays in
the background. The lights dim slightly as the music fades, and he begins
to speak.)
Srila Prabhupada:
"India is the land of spiritual wisdom, the birthplace of saints and sages. It is the
place where the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita have guided us for millennia.
But true progress does not lie in material wealth alone; it lies in the advancement
of consciousness.
As I have said before: 'Real progress is spiritual progress.' Without a spiritual
foundation, material progress is like a building without a strong foundation. It may
look grand for some time, but it will eventually crumble.
India’s real strength is in its ancient wisdom, and this is what the world needs
today—knowledge that transcends time and place. By rediscovering this wisdom,
India will once again lead the world, not through power, but through the strength
of spiritual consciousness."
"Let us unite, not just for material development, but for the spiritual progress of all
humanity."
(The lights dim as the stage transitions to the next scene.
Opening Scene: The Arrival of Mother India
(The stage is bathed in soft light. Mother India stands centre stage, a
towering figure of grace and strength. Her saree flows like a river,
symbolizing the continuity of the nation. The Time Traveler enters from the
side, gazing in awe. A soft, melodic score plays in the background.)
Narrator 1(Softly, setting the stage):
“From the land of mysticism and history, a new dawn rose, where struggles met
triumphs, and dreams intertwined with reality. Let us step back to witness the
dance of India’s timeless journey.”
Mother India (Monologue):
"I am Mother India, your Bharat Mata, ancient as the rivers, yet young with every
dawn. For centuries, I have stood resilient, bound by chains but never broken."
(She holds up the chains.)"Today, I cast these chains aside."
(with reverence) "Bharat Vasiyo, from the Himalayas to Kanyakumari, you have
faced countless storms, yet you have stood strong. Together, we have woven
dreams into reality, guided by the ideals of our Constitution—justice, equality,
fraternity and freedom for all.
(smiling proudly) "This journey is not just mine; it belongs to each one of you. The
wisdom of our ancestors, the courage of our fighters, and the ambition of our
youth are my strengths. With every field ploughed, every stitch sewn, every
discovery made, you bring me honour and purpose.
(with pride)"Science, politics, business, sports, art—these are our gifts to the
world, rooted in tradition and reaching for the stars. We are one, yet many. Hum
ek saath, ek Bharat hain. Together, we will continue to shine."
Time Traveler (Stepping forward, cautiously walking up to Mother India,
looking amazed):
"Wait... are you—are you Mother India? The one who... who’s been through
centuries of history?"
Mother India (Smiling gently):
“Yes, I am. I have lived through time, through every joy and every sorrow. But my
journey, dear traveller, is far from over. It’s only just beginning.”
(The dancers move quickly, miming technology and progress:
smartphones, factories, satellites.)
(The stage is dark. A single spotlight shines on Mokshagundam
Visvesvaraya, who stands tall with an air of purpose. His eyes are focused
ahead as if envisioning the future of a nation.)
Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya stands in the spotlight, his gaze focused
ahead. The Time Traveler steps cautiously forward.
Time Traveler (curious):
"You're Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, aren't you?"
Visvesvaraya (nodding thoughtfully):
"Yes, I am! You look like you've stepped out of a time machine. What era do you
come from?"
Time Traveler (smiling):
"I’m not from any particular era. I’ve been to many places and times, but I don’t
belong to just one."
Time Traveler (curious):
"I’ve heard a lot about you. Aren’t you the engineer who shaped India's future?"
Visvesvaraya (nodding thoughtfully):
"Yes, but the future isn’t built by one man alone. It’s the work of many—the
thinkers, the builders, the ones who dream of something better."
Time Traveler (amazed):
"But what drove you? How did you know where to begin?"
Visvesvaraya (with quiet passion):
"India has always had wisdom, strength. What we needed was vision. My work is
just one step in a journey that will take generations to complete. We must build
with purpose, and innovate with discipline. The true power of a nation lies in its
foundations—in science, in technology, in progress.
Time Traveler (With admiration):
"Your vision wasn’t just for India’s present, but its future. How did you keep
believing, even in the toughest times?"
Visvesvaraya (with quiet passion):
India’s inspirational leaders have always managed to encourage me, and this
nation to strive more and more. It really made me reflect upon our nation’s
progress. The wheels of progress turn only if we push them forward—together.
Let us build an India that leads the world, not just in history, but in the future."
(The light dims as Visvesvaraya gazes forward, the stage set for the
journey ahead.)

"Who is this man with the book?"
Mother India (Proudly):
"That’s Dr. Ambedkar. He gave me the Constitution, ensuring equality for all."
Time Traveler (Thoughtfully):
"Equality... in such a diverse land?"
Dr. Ambedkar:
"Yes, I made sure everyone would have equal rights. This legacy of mine
sparked a new India, inspiring generations of visionaries.
Mother India:
It truly did. Another such leader is here—Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, who dreamed of
taking India beyond the stars while staying rooted in its values."
(Kalam steps forward, holding the Constitution, speaking firmly.)
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam(Confidently):
"India’s future depends on equality. Justice for all, no matter their caste or creed."
When equality guides a nation, it gives wings to dreams. I was born into
simplicity, but the vision of leaders like Dr. Ambedkar made me believe I could
dream of serving my nation. With science and education as my tools, I sought to
empower every child with the hope that they too could rise."
Time Traveler (Amazed):
"So equality can inspire science and dreams?"
Ambedkar(Gently):
"Yes,absolutely. Equality is the foundation, and visionaries like Kalam build upon
it to take us forward. Together, they prove that no dream is too big when
opportunities are equal."

India’s industrial base."

"He must have had a huge influence."

about giving back."
(The music shifts to a more dynamic rhythm as Ratan Tata enters, signaling

to new heights, steering India into the global space race."
Dr. K. Sivan (Firmly, addressing the dancers, representing the team of
scientists):
"Our mission is clear: to make space technology work for the benefit of every
citizen. From Chandrayaan to Mangalyaan, and now Gaganyaan, our efforts are
for humanity and the Earth."
Time Traveler (Impressed):
"So, from launching satellites to exploring the Moon and Mars, it’s all about
helping people?"
Mother India (Nods):
"Exactly. Sarabhai believed in science with a purpose, and Sivan is turning that
vision into reality”.
(The dancers’ movements now symbolize rocket launches, planetary
