As a CSO I currently double check the reconciliation excel sheet prepared by my Line Manager. I
handle issues with cash, cheque, or cr card recordings on SAP that need thorough analysis in
order to resolve the misleading entries and its consequences. Thus I look at numbers and verify
the actions that must be taken with the coordination of the SAP support team. Consequently
problems are solved and our numbers are kept as valid information for further scrutiny by other
departments.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Applications like Word, Excel, Power point, Access, Outlook and
Internet. For the last 6 months I became familiarized with the following softwares: Alice, IELTS,
EFLCOMMS Main Suite, YLE for windows, and SAP (FABS & CAMPUS). I learned some basic IT
skills used in our office such as unlocking profiles, reseting passwords, and troubleshooting
common errors in classrooms (re-establishing connections with the projectors)

Evidence

After joining the British Council I have extended my knowledge in both languages. For example I
learned how to handle enquiries complying with the BC Standards for better communication. Like
sending clear messages that hold accurate and valid information with a professional and friendly
manner. Fluent in written and oral Arabic as well. Armenian is my mother tongue.

I hold a BA in Business Administration and throughout my educational years I covered cuorses in
finance and accounting. I completed my internship at Baboyan Accounting Bureau where I was
trained on additional procedures like reading invoices and reciepts and inputing them both on
system and manually in Lebanese Official books. I also became skilled at preparing declarations
and analysing the financial state of each company with the help and implementation of the
acquired knowledge from the University. I also worked as a cashier in parallel with working as a
sales person at Zahar Kids for 5 consecutive years. Currently I double check reconciliation reports
and join the CSAs at registration periods.

The accumulated old documents in the cabinets behind the Customer Desk were consuming a lot
of space that would have been used for better purposes especialy for the CSA work. I managed to
empty the cabinets from all expired booklets, brochures, and invalid files and organized them in a
better more professional manner; in which the required files and documents became accessible to
us in a much easy and quick mode. This made our work less complicated and more efficient.
