Generator Set
The generator set has a compact and unique design. Four knock-down protection doors can be
opened 180 degrees for easy maintenance. The generator set is designed for heavy conditions
and manufactured as per CE standard.
Engine
Kipor brand four-cylinder, water-cooled, direct injection diesel, which is setting for generating set
at 1500 rpm for 50Hz and 1800 rpm for 60Hz; optional mechanical and electronic speed governor
to meet different requirements. Equipped with electric starter powered by 12V DC, maintenance
free battery ensures easy operation.
Alternator High performance synchronous, three-phase, brushless, self regulated, self excited, Class “H”
insulation. AVR from no load to full load less than ±1.5%, the output voltage fluctuation is less
than ±2%.
Control System Kipor KP610 control panel with AMF is equipped as an integral part of canopy. The following
basic functions are provided in Kipor KP610 control panel. Automatic starting of DG in ten
seconds in the event of mains loss, while transfer the output from DG to the mains in two
seconds in case of the mains resumed. Failure warning: High temp, Low oil pressure, Over
speed, Low speed, High/Low voltage, Low battery voltage, Battery charger failure, Over current.
Main running data: Current, Oil pressure, Water temp, Frequency, Engine speed, Output voltage,
Running hours, Battery voltage, Power factor. Kipor can provide two kinds of Automatic transfer
switch to match the different application, such as D+M and D+D+M type.
Sound Proof Sound & weather proof designed and manufactured for various market requirements according
Canopy to international regulations; sound power measured as 86dB(A) according to 2000/14/EC Noise
Emission. The unique air cooling system and unique canopy design greatly reduced the noise
emission. The lifting hook on the top of the canopy makes the transport easier. The complete
generating set is made according to CE standard.
