TRIP TO LAHORE

Dear Parents,

An annual overnight school trip to Lahore has been planned for our AS and A2 Levels students from
Friday, 1st March to Saturday, 2nd March 2024.

Departure from School Campus: Friday, 1st March at 7:30am

Arrival back to School Campus: Saturday, 2nd March at 8:00pm

The cost per student is Rs. 11,000. This includes travel, accommodation, movie ticket and sightseeing in
Lahore.

Chaperones including Admin/teachers from the school will accompany the participating students.

If you would like your child to participate, please print and sign the acknowledgement slip below and
attached parent/student agreement and return to the school Book Store by Wednesday, 28th February,
2024.

We are looking forward to a pleasant and educational experience.

understand that the cost of the trip is Rs. 11,000 to be submitted to the school Book Store by 28th February,
2024.
Should it be necessary for my child to have medical care while participating in this trip, I hereby give Froebel’s
International School personnel permission to use their judgement in obtaining medical care for the child, and I give
permission to the physician selected by the School personnel to render medical care deemed necessary and
appropriate by the physician.
I, the undersigned, herewith assume all risks of said trip, and agree to not hold Froebel’s International School, its
officers, employees, board members, and agents responsible for any injury, accident, illness, or death occurring during
or by reason of the field trip or excursion.
