Day 1 (10/14/24)

On the first day of our FS2 deployment, I felt happy because we will now
render teaching service in actual school environment. We have oriented by
the chairman of mathematics department of the school about the number of
days that we have to render in school including the preparation of lesson
plans, instructional materials and execution. After that, we have given
permanent cooperating teacher for Field Study 2 . I was assigned by my CT
to teach one load in Grade 7 students that she handle. But before doing that,
we prepare lesson plans and instructional materials based on the
competencies given to us by our CT. At first it was hard to make a lesson plan
without any format to be followed. But then, our CT gave us a copy of lesson
plan used in that school that we have to come after in doing the learning
plans

Day 2 (10/15/24)

On this day of Field Study journey, We prepare our instructional materials


that we have to use in the first lesson plan that we made. During this day,
my cooperating teacher advised me to use pictures that will support my
lesson. She said that the learners would be able to learn effectively if they
can see pictures or objects. This helps them to understand more the lesson.

Day 3 (10/16/24)

On this day, we craft our lesson plan that we have to execute for the next
day of lesson. I struggled on this part because I don't know what kind of
activities I will implement to my students for motivation. I asked to my
colleagues and CT. Since the time is only 45 minutes, it's better to use short
activities that will not consume most of our time. Much better if the activity
could only last 3-5 minutes so that we can have more instructional hours.

.Day 4 (10/17/24)

On this day, the lesson plan has been checked by our cooperating teacher.
After that, we started crafting again our visual aids for the next day of the
lesson. Now it's easier for us to identify what kind of activities that we have
to implement in class.
Day 5 (10/18/24)

On this day, I accomplished all of the lessons plans and instructional


materials I need in my lessons for the next week. Through the help and
guidance of my Cooperating Teacher, it becomes easy for me to organize the
materials that I needed to use for my execution.

Day 6 (10/21/24)

On this day, I already executed my first lesson to the section assigned to me.
At first, I felt nervous since it was my 1st time to handle a class in secondary
level. Since it was my first time to teach in 45 minutes time, I did not achieve
the objectives because I did not
