state, having accuqired by way of Development Agreement Cum GpA, vide
document no.25612020, dated 17-12-2019 at s.R.o HAYATTHNAGAR

floors in the schedule of property
And whereas the MORTGAGEE having accepted the same has sanctioned the
building permission plan in file no. t/c3/02973/2020, whereas the MORTGAGOR
had to mortgage 1,0Yo area of the building area as required under Hyderabad
revised building rules issued vide G.O.Ms 86, M.A dt: 03-03-2006 and 623 M.A
dt;07-04-2012.

built-up area in First Floor towards security under G.O.Ms 86, M.A dt: 03-03-
