TALENT EXIT INTERVIEW FORM

This form tries to capture the experiences and feelings of employees who have decided to separate from the Group. The
objective of this form is to identify problem areas of improvement for the organization so that talent separation is reduced
to the minimum.

the questions must be filled and submitted by all separating employees to HRD.
