__________do hereby certify and confirm that:

1. Any damage caused or any loss suffered by Cube Highways Group, because of any of my voluntary
action(s), shall be indemnified by me in total, subject to the same having been caused by me and
attributable to my conduct/omission.
2. I have not caused any loss/damage to any asset or property of Cube Highways group to the best
of my knowledge and belief, and in case of any such damage to any property or asset having
been caused, the same has been duly informed to the Senior Management and the same can be
recovered from my full and final payment.
3. I have no outstanding claims/demands, including any intellectual property (IP) rights against Cube
Highways Group and I hereby agree and undertake that I shall not raise any claim or demand
whatsoever against Cube Highways Group, whether monetary or otherwise, in relation to my stint
as an employee of the Cube Highways Group.
4. The above-mentioned “no dues confirmation and release letter” does not include my pending
dues towards salary/perquisites/provident fund/gratuity/Stock Appreciation Rights (SARs), which
I am entitled to receive in terms of my full and final payment or as per Company manuals/policies.
5. I shall not represent myself as being associated with Cube Highways Group either at any outside
forum or social media, after my last working day at Cube Highways Group.
6. I hereby confirm and undertake that I shall not disclose any confidential information in relation
to Cube Highways Group that had come to my knowledge during my employment with Cube
Highways Group.
7. I shall not cause any loss or harm to Cube Highways Group by any action or omission including
loss of reputation or goodwill.
8. I hereby confirm and undertake that I shall have no further claim/demand for reinstatement or re-
employment with Cube Highways Group.
9. I understand that the Cube Highways Group can take suitable legal action against me if any of the
aforesaid conditions are violated by me.

I solemnly declare that post leaving the Company, I will abide by all the conditions of the said commitment.
