Step 1: Prepare a U disk, insert it into the computer, right click format,

format it into FAT mode, and set it as shown in the picture below.

Step 2: Put the program sent by the technical support in the root

directory of the USB flash drive, the program format is *********.bin, as

shown in the following figure.

Step 3: Disconnect the power to the device.

Step 4: Insert the USB flash drive into the USB interface of the interface

board, as shown in the following figure.

Step 5: Power on the device. The indicator on the interface board blinks

quickly. When the indicator on the interface board blinks slowly, the

upgrade is complete.

Step 6: After the upgrade is complete, disconnect the device power,

remove the USB flash drive, and then switch on the device power. On the

Device maintenance page, check whether Plug A and Plug B Firmware

and Date in Device are the same as the program name. If not, please

contact us for help.
