ABSTRACT

I am proud to introduce one of the most technically advanced software for school
management and administration. My solution not only reduces the manual work and administration
hassles but to keeps the goodwill of school growing by maintaining closer relationships with students,
staff.

Now days each and every primary as well as secondary schools are working on paper-
based work, that’s very time-consuming and tedious task. to solve this problem I developed “School
Management System” that contain all task and work are done in school, converting all manual work to
computerized.

It contain all information regarding student’s like General Register, Admission process,
Fees, scholarship, Result mark sheet, Leaving Information of student, Employee Registration, Employee
Resign, Employee Salary pay slip, Allowance/Tax Updating system etc.

In this system there are two types of user admin and employee means admin is principal,
employee means teacher, peon, clerk etc, each and every user has different user rights and limitation
Principal having full rights in system whereas employees don’t have full rights.

First of all I deeply learn whole manual work of school management like maintaining
General register and how actually student admission are to be processed, how HRM or salary pay slip are
maintain, how scholarship are calculated based on different category of student, after completing
research I visited some high school as well as primary school and start to gather requirements and done
analysis on that requirements and finally done all steps of software development life cycle.

“School Management System” Build Under One of the Strong and Secure latest
technology of Microsoft Like VB.Net, MS SQL SERVER with latest developer tools like Dev-express.

It'll help you with your daily school management routines and deliver you from your paperwork.

FEASIBILITY

Preliminary investigation examine project feasibility, the likelihood the system will be useful to
the organization. The main objective of the feasibility study is to test the technical, Operational and
Economical feasibility for adding new modules and debugging old running system. All system is feasible if
they are unlimited resources and infinite time. There are aspects in the feasibility study portion of the
preliminary investigation.

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY

In the feasibility study first step is that the organization or company has to decide that what
technologies are suitable to develop by considering existing system. Here in this software used the

Very often you will need to improve the existing operations, maintenance, and support infrastructure
to support the operation of the new application that you intend to develop. To determine what the
impact will be you will need to understand both the current operations and support infrastructure of
your organisation and the operations and support characteristics of your new application.

ECONOMICAL FEASIBILITY

It refers to the benefits or outcomes we are deriving from the product as compared to the total
cost we are spending for developing the product. If the benefits are more or less the same as the
older system, then it is not feasible to develop the product.
In the present system, the development of new product greatly enhances the accuracy of the
system and cuts short the delay in the processing of birth and death application. The errors can
be greatly reduced and at the same time providing a great level of security .Here we don’t need
any additional equipment except memory of required capacity.
