Madam,

In line with the Division Memorandum No. 53, s. 2024 regarding the 2024 Division
Schools Press Conference on March 2 and 8, 2024, our school publications, Peacock and
Tandikan, are already conducting the training and preparation for the said event.

There will be a registration fee amounting to one hundred eighty pesos (Php
180.00) per participant. However, we are still in the collection stage of the school paper
fee, and what will be collected will be allotted for the layout and printing of the school
paper, the professional fee for our invited trainers, and other expenses. Given this
expected expenses, we foresee that the amount to be collected for the school paper
would be insufficient to cover the registration fee of our participants.

With this, we kindly request any amount the school could give for our student
journalists who will be competing in the DSPC.
