I would like to know more about HR sphere, as i work as HR assistant at one of

the big international companies in Uzbekistan . Also, I would like to know more
about building the right time management. It’s one of the instruments that every
person needs in order to be a reliable person and provide a peaceful life, as
without proper time management all objectives will be overdue.2. I think , i do .
Every day i go to my work that does not bring me any satisfaction, I do just
because, every person should have a job and work . 3. I would like to say that
right now I am working for my experience and for my parents , in order to support

Every single day ‘cause I love my occupation” as work should not only be
financially beneficial, but also it should Bring you satisfaction, as working ,
where you feeling yourself burred will turned out to poor meant health. 5. i would
like to say yes , that it is possible to work at your “ dream job “ still get a
good money and be satisfied with your job place . As favourite occupancy will bring
a joy , and of course money. As examples bloggers as they do what they love and do
money on it .6. My dream is to build a successful career path and to be
professional , a great specialist of your industry.My dream is to fully support my
family financially in order to be ready to answer to every their request.7. Of
course, I do believe in myself and my abilities , as you do not have nobody expect
yourself. In order do not give up and be ready to every challenge, firstly you

job, that I was mentioning before. It gives me experience, however it’s challenges
and me quitting my comfort zone it gives me a great opportunity for my career
path . At my current position I had to communicate a lot with strangers , despite
the fact it is quite difficult for me , I have to do this in order properly
completing my tasks . 10. Now I can’t truly say that I am exceptional at
something, but I believe in myself and my strength, that there are no challenges
that I wouldn’t be able to manage, The key factor is self-confidence, which boosts
stimulus and helps you to go through every challenge. 11. Before getting Before
getting my first ever job, my envision was completely different from what I have
now . Then I see myself at position of top managers sitting in my own office ,
however to achieve this you should of course pass through first level managers or
workforce layer , that I am passing through nowadays. 12. As I mentioned before
your occupation should ideally bring satisfaction. While earning is important for
financial stability, finding fulfillment and enjoyment in work can lead to greater
job satisfaction and overall happiness. This can also lead to increased
productivity and better performance on the job.13. Yes I do have some certain
visions at my job place , as everyone I pursuing a higher position, become a
professional hr specialist and learn from the best . 14. Last times I think of my
vision pretty often, as I heard that our company have open new vacancies , I want
try myself as a fit for this position, as I work at my current job pretty much and
I am feeling that I am truly deserve this place . 15. Nowadays in the age of modern
technology and rise of Artificial Intelligence the security plays a huge role in my
life, I truly do not willingly to have stolen personal data , as it can be used in
many ways , that maybe not so positive . Also I would like to feel myself secure

mentioned before I already have to everyday sacrifice my comfort zone in the sake
of my work , what about the taking the risk, it is a great opportunity to learn ,
as people lead on the mistakes, it gives us experience, it is always better to take
risks than just dreaming like “ if I have done it …” 17. There is no particular
person who is my role model , but I am very proud of my parents, who fulfilling all
my dreams , by sacrificing their own . Also I would like to listen to podcasts of
one of the successful person Margulan Seisembayev , whose life story is really
inspiring. 18. No doubts , I deserve to have a job that I love and that paid
well , as I have great education, good personality, and hardworking skills , every
person in my opinion deserve such opportunity. 19. I have already answered this
question, but I will repeat, yes I am have strong self confidence as without this
you won’t be able to achieve high results. 20. I think for most young people the
first barrier is fear to fail , but I see things differently, we shouldn’t be
afraid of failure, as failures makes as stronger and more experienced . 21. In
order to eliminate confidence barriers we should analyse its roots , I would also
recommend to work on the confidence barrier, one can try practicing self-
affirmations, seeking feedback and constructive criticism, setting achievable
goals, and stepping out of their comfort zone to gain new experiences and skills.
22. I suppose my biggest fear is to lose your family and one of the closest people,
as they are number one my supporters, they will always have my back and help me any
time needed . They give my strength and certainty in tomorrow. 23. I would

honest yes , I prefer working alone, as it helps me to concentrate more on my job

have chance to focus more. I prefer working late at night as it’s perfect timing
for me , as I won’t get distracted by external factors. 28. Try new activities,

parents and family , I want to feel that my family is proud of me . Another factor
that drives me is financial independence, I want to be fully free financially, to

more efforts to achieve my dreams. it helps me to build a certain idea of my future
and my future goals. I got better understanding of myself , my wishes and values .
