With reference to your candidature for the post of LABORATORY ATTENDANT advertised vide Post Number
SR12123 of Advertisement No. Phase XI/2023/Selection Posts, I am to inform that you have been provisionally short-
listed for being called for Document Verification on the basis of marks secured by you in Computer Based Examination
for Selection Posts (Matriculation) held from 27.06.2023 to 30.06.2023. The Document Verification will be held as per
the following schedule:-

2. The Essential Educational Qualification prescribed for the above Recruitment as on 27.03.2023 may be seen in the
Notice for Recruitment to Selection Posts advertised vide Advertisement No. Phase XI/2023/Selection Posts, available in
the website of this Regional Office sscsr.gov.in.
3. You should produce ORIGINAL as well as one set of self-attested copies of Certificates in support of Date of Birth
(DOB), Educational Qualification (EQ), Experience (if part of EQ), Community Certificate (if applicable) and other relevant
Certificates as mentioned in the Annexure without fail. The Original Certificates will be returned by the User Department
after verification.
4. The crucial date for determining age limit and possession of Essential Qualifications (EQs)/ Experience will be
01.01.2023 and 27.03.2023 respectively. Candidates NOT in possession of Original Certificates in support of Date of
Birth, Essential Educational Qualifications, Experience (if part of EQ) and Community (if applicable) etc. will be rejected
during Document Verification.
5. You should bring 2 (Two) copies of recent color passport size photograph, AN IDENTITY PROOF IN ORIGINAL,
WITH CLEAR PHOTOGRAPH viz. 1.AADHAAR Card/Printout of E-Aadhaar2. Voter ID Card 3. PAN Card 4. Passport 5.
Driving Licence 6. ID Card issued by School/College 7.Employer ID Card (Govt./PSU/Private) etc. 8. Ex-Serviceman
Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence 9. Any other photo bearing valid ID card issued by the Central/State
Government. If a candidate fails to bring the above documents, he/she would NOT be admitted for Document Verification.
6. You will have to bear travelling and other expenses on your journey to and from the place of Document
Verification. The Commission will NOT pay/reimburse any kind of expenditure incurred by you in this regard.
7. Call Letter for Document Verification will not be sent separately by post.
8. No change in Date, Time, Venue will be allowed for any candidate under any circumstances.
9. Since Document Verification is done manually, time of completion cannot be anticipated. Hence, candidates are
advised to book their return journey ticket accordingly.
10 . All the candidates qualified for Document Verification are required to attend Document Verification. Those who
fail to do so will not be considered for any post at the time of final selection. The fact that you have been called for
Document Verification does not confer on you any right to be treated as eligible for selection/appointment.
