UPV-Generic Student Outcomes
(2) Innovation and creativity
- Activities carried out to achieve the student outcome
Creation of an animation project, based on the artistic techniques and concepts worked on in classes corresponding to the
Didactic Units established in the program of the subject. Each student participates in each stage of this proposal
individually and as a group.
- Assessment criteria
· The degree of creativity, innovation and the application of the different creative solutions used to satisfactorily respond to
the needs and problems arising in each of the stages of the work: production and post-production will be evaluated. Group
and individual evaluation.
(3) Teamwork and leadership
- Activities carried out to achieve the student outcome
Carrying out a group animation project, based on the artistic techniques and concepts worked on in class corresponding to
the Didactic Units. In each established proposal, students will have to work as a group, although they will always
contribute their individual work to the team and their part of the overall project
- Assessment criteria
· The degree of achievement of the results of the competence will be evaluated. Effective functioning within a team whose
members together provide leadership and create a collaborative and inclusive environment in the organization and
coordination of work. The skills of acquiring roles and skills for multidisciplinary teams with different profiles will be
evaluated, as well as the collaboration in a productive way in the development of the work, establishing goals and meeting
objectives. In addition, the achievement of solutions to challenges or problems will be valued, demonstrating empathy and
assertiveness when sharing ideas, reflections and arguments within the collaborative work. Group and individual
evaluation.

Evaluation is continuous throughout the learning period.
The evaluations of each evaluative act will be quantified according to two levels:
Quantitative: Attention and adaptation to the proposed conditions, concrete attitude towards the subject, level of effort,
individual evolution.
Qualitative: Achievement of objectives regarding the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and adequate application of technical
tools. Originality, personal and group creativity in the resolution of the proposals. Global attention to ideas throughout the work.
Several evaluative acts are planned; among them an individual documentation work and several exercises that involve the
analysis and resolution of a situation posed that presents multiple solution problems, through reflection and dialogue for a
group, integrated and meaningful learning.
-The overall criteria used in the evaluation, in order of importance, are as follows:
a. Degree of achievement of the learning results set for each of the exercises, taking into account the adequacy to the proposal
and complexity in its resolution.
b. Level of creativity and skill with which the exercises are solved.
c. Degree of evolution and improvement.
d. Completion of each and every stage of the work proposed throughout the course.
e. Results and evolution of teamwork.
There will be 4 evaluation events, each with a presentation of the results and the delivery of an individual documentation work:
artistic portfolio
A record will be made through the observation system, at the end of the project with a weight of 10%
-In case of failing the course, the student may take a make-up exam during the period established at the end of the course. The
following test is established for remediation: A single act of evaluation, in which the level of achievement of the learning
outcomes required in the subject will be evaluated.
It will consist in the realization of an academic work in which the student will work each of the stages of a fragment of an
oriented animation project, with the 2D or 3D animation technique, according to the teacher's proposal
-Students who wish to do so may attend the course recovery sessions in order to improve their final grade. This grade obtained
may imply a modification of the final grade, either upward or downward. Students will inform the teacher of their intention to sit
for the make-up exam in order to improve their final grade.
ALTERNATIVE EVALUATION
For those students who request the DISPENSE OF ATTENDANCE to the Center, the realization of supervised practices that
collect the knowledge taught in the subject whose approaches and documentation can be accessed from Poliformat through
resources and tasks will be contemplated. This evaluation does not constitute a simplification or reduction of what is required of
the students who attend classes, a follow-up of them will also be established through the application of homework and tutorials,
as well as the definition of objectives and tasks to be fulfilled, with deadlines and deliveries for each one. The Animation
Production course encourages group work to carry out the different projects in production, so it will also assign some linkage of
the student with the work teams and roles to play, arguing a task management via online.
