PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION
Whereas, as per the Coastal Regulation
Zone Notification, 2011 S. O. No,
19(E) dated 06to112011 and in compriance
with the orders of the Hon,bre NGT
in O.A. No.l1l1 4 and 424t2016, the draft
Coastal Zone Management plan
(czMP) for the entire coastar stretch of
Goa was prepared by Nationar centre
for Sustainable Coastal Management (NCSCM)
Chennai which is an
authorized agency approved by the Government
of lndia.
And Whereas, the draft Coastal Zone Management plans
as per CRZ
Notification, 2011 has been forwarded
by State Government of Goa to Goa
Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA).
Now therefore, as per the annexure l, para
lV (a) of CRZ Notificat ion, 2011

GCZMA hereby notifies pubric hearing for
finarization of the draft czMp for
State of Goa in terms of CRZ Notiflcat ion,

on the website of coa Coastal

Zone Management Authority namely www.czma.ooa.oov.in for wide publicity.
The relevant hard copies of the draft CZMp
is kept at the following offices:
1. Respective District levet maps are
availabte at the office of the District
Collector (North) and District Collector (South)
2. Respective Taruka rever maps are avairabre
in the office of the concerned
Dy. Collector
North Goa: pernem, Bicholim, Bardez
and Tiswadi Taluka.
South Goa: ponda,. Momugao,
Salcete, euepem, Sanguem and
Canacona.
