Term 2: Self-management skills

Activity Plan

One way of managing tour time is to develop an activity plan of how you will
manage to do all your responsibilities in time.
V – Activity Plan – a schedule of what you must do at what time.

For your activity plan to work you need to self-monitor, self-evaluate and self-
reinforce.
V – Self-monitoring – when you observe your behaviour and the progress of what
you are doing.
V – Self-evaluation – when you set goals and compare where you are with where
you want to be.
V – Self-reinforcement – when you make the activity plan and stick to it.
