Course Description
Designed for Graduate School students to:
develop systematic and logical thinking needed in
problem solving and decision-making;
explore a research problem, research processes, ethical
considerations and agenda aligned to the field of
specialization.
apply basic concepts of research particularly an output
on the five chapters at the end of the semester following
university’s research policies, guidelines and procedures.
Course Objectives
After completing this course, you should be able to:
1. Examine concepts, theories, principles, various
forms and style in research/thesis reporting.
2. Explain the meaning, importance and role of
research and its application to education and agenda
aligned to the field of specialization
3. Demonstrate skills in the conduct of a scientific and
other methods of research applicable to education
4. Organize appropriate research methodology
5. Prepare, present, and publish a research work.
