Year 11 and 13 fees are payable in two equal instalments, due on 26th August 2024 and 3rd January 2025.
IFY fees are payable in two equal instalments, due on 3rd January 2025 and 21st April 2025.

Important information about school fees: -
1. The above fees include lunch, textbooks and exercise books but do NOT include registration fee and
examination fees.
2. Enrolment applications are only processed upon the return of the completed Registration form with
all supporting documents and payment of a non-refundable Registration fee of Kshs.50,000/=.
3. Mode of all payments: direct deposits / swift transfers in the school bank accounts, details as
provided in the fees statement/invoice. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted.
4. Fees are payable on or before the first day of each term.
5. Early payment discount: a discount of 2% on tuition fees is provided when full payment is made
before the start date of each term.
6. A late payment penalty of 2% is charged for the late payment of fees - commencing 2 weeks after the
start date of term.
7. Trips and activities are charged separately and are normally accompanied by an official letter from
the School.
8. A full term’s notice in writing is required for all withdrawals or a full term’s fees is payable in lieu of
such notice before any final clearance documents are issued by the school.
Additional fees: -
The tuition cost includes all textbooks and some stationery.
The student is expected to provide some items of equipment as listed in the school handbook.

Please note: information regarding transport fees for bus service will be communicated by separate letter.
In some subjects residential field courses are offered. There will be an additional cost for these only to cover
the cost of transport, food and accommodation. Other optional activities and clubs are offered at an extra
cost and require a weekly or termly payment.
